Two days later...
Ricky returned to his hometown, sitting on the park bench with his head down. He is reading a newspaper article called,
"TREASONOUS WOLF DIES IN THE CONCENTRATION CAMPS OF NEW ENGLAND"
A tear dripped from Ricky's eye and onto the newspaper. "Aris..." He whispered, his voice trembling. "I.....I..already miss you..." He was about to let out a loud scream in sadness when someone called out, "HEY, RICKY?!" He looked to his left and saw the teenagers that bullied him earlier. "GO AWAY!!!" He screamed, standing up. "I WANT SOME ALONE TIME!!! PLEASE GO!!" "Whoa, whoa, whoa! Take it easy!" The teen in the middle exclaimed. "We're not gonna hurt you! We know you're upset about losing Aris." Ricky couldn't believe what he just heard. "You......You know about my friendship with Aris...?!" He asked, sitting back down. "Yes, yes. We know." The teenager said, sitting down next to Ricky. His friends stood behind the bench. "Aris mentioned you while she was looking for you." The teenager continued. "She asked us if we've seen you. She told us about what happened with her and the Colonel and about your friendship with her..." Ricky wiped the tears off his eyes. "R-Really?" He asked. "She talked to you guys?!?" "That's right, man." One of the other teens replied. "She wanted to know about our struggles. Our issues. At first, we told her that harassing others make us happy. But then, she told us that everyone struggles and she wants to know what we've struggled with." "Well...... What was YOUR struggle?" Ricky asked the teenager next to him, still processing all the stuff he's hearing. ".......I too have lost my Grandparents." The teenager admitted, much to Ricky's horror. "They meant everything to me, but they were executed by the Army. I was like you. I got along with my Grandparents more than anyone. But, I was extremely heartbroken when I lost them." Ricky started feeling bad for the teenager. "I......I'm sorry." Ricky said remorsefully. "I never wanted to lose my Grandparents either, but Aris' kind words changed me greatly." "Us too." The teenager said, more kinder than ever. "Aris spoke to my heart." "I didn't know you had one." One of the other teens joked. "Ha ha, very funny." The teen replied sarcastically. Ricky began to chuckle a little. "By the way, you never told me your name." He said to the teenager. "What is it?" "Joey." The teenager said politely. "My name is Joey." "What, are you a baby kangaroo?" Joey's girlfriend laughed. "That's classic!" Everyone started laughing. Even Ricky. "Yeah, that's REAL funny." Joey mumbled sarcastically. Then, he started laughing. "Hey, man. I knew you would find happiness eventually." Joey's girlfriend said to Ricky, placing her hand on his shoulder. "You know, I repeatedly told Joey to just leave you alone. But, you knew the old Joey." "Heh heh." Ricky chuckled. "I guess I'm talking to the new Joey." "Yeah, the old one cloned himself." Joey joked heartedly. "You're talking to a complete clone." He and Ricky started laughing. As his new friends enjoyed making jokes, Ricky looked up and smiled. Thank you, Aris... He thought, finally finding true happiness. You've changed me in many terrific ways. I will never forget you. Please take good care of my Grandparents... "Hey, Ricky." Joey said, unintentionally interrupting Ricky's thoughts. "We're taking a trip to Aris' bunker. You wanna come?" Ricky's face turned pale. "B-But, it has been destroyed by Colonel Martinson!" He exclaimed. "I saw it happen!" "Yeeeeeeah." Joey said. "About that..."
A couple minutes later...
Joey opened the entrance to the first bunker room Ricky has been to. He, Ricky, and the teenagers walked down the stairs and when they arrived in the bunker room, it looked completely untouched. "It can't be...!" Ricky exclaimed in astonishment. "Everything looks......undamaged! How did this happen?!?!" "After Aris opened our eyes, she gave us this envelope to give to you." Joey said, as he held out a light blue envelope with little cloud symbols on it. "She said to give it to you with a smile." Ricky took the letter and looked at the other side. It had a smiley sticker on it. Ricky tore open the envelope and read the letter,
"DEAR RICKY LONDON,
I NEVER HAD THE CHANCE TO TELL YOU SOMETHING VERY BREATHTAKING. THIS BUNKER ISN'T AN ORDINARY BUNKER. IT'S, IN MANY WAYS, SPECIAL. THE BUNKER IS SAID TO BE PROTECTED BY THE HOLY SPIRIT. IF IT WERE TO BE DESTROYED, IT WOULD IMMEDIATELY RETURN TO IT'S NORMAL STATE, LIKE IT WAS NEVER BURNED DOWN. YOU MAY RELAX. THE CHAPEL IS SAFE AND SOUND. INCLUDING THE WORLDWIDE TRACKER. AND, YOU'RE GRANDPARENTS' BOOK. THE BOOK IS SITTING IN THE CHAPEL UNDAMAGED. GOD HAS SAVED THE CHAPEL. AND NOW, WE CAN REST PEACEFULLY. GOODBYE, RICKY. I WILL NEVER FORGET YOU.
-ARIS
P.S.
REMEMBER, JESUS LOVES YOU. THAT WILL NEVER CHANGE.".........." Ricky is speechless, but tearful. "A-A-Aris knew..." He cried, his voice trembling. "I don't believe it." "Very deep, man." Joey said, placing his hand on Ricky's shoulder. "She really cared about you, you know?" "I know." Ricky said, wiping his tears. "God did all this for me. He brought happiness back into my life. And, so did Aris. She helped me have faith in myself. And, even during dark times, I feel hope. Happiness. Love. But, most of all.................faith in God."
And so, this concludes A Wolf in Human's clothing. Ricky becomes friends with his former tormentors. They go to the chapel to worship God and invite others to dwell in God's presence. Later, they find the churches Aris was able to hide underground. They too looked undamaged. Ricky and his friends began inviting people to those churches and, over the years, the churches began to receive widespread attention again. People across the country started worshipping God with the United Mothers and Fathers of Unionism unaware of it's returning popularity. People across America regained their faiths in God and, soon, it became a country with hope and happiness. Although Ricky lost Aris and his Grandparents, the memories he shared with them will always make him happy. This is Mr. X signing out. Farewell...
The End.
