"Are you freaking serious?" Piper exclaimed at the same time as Hazel.

Jason sighed. He knew that he and Annabeth were going to be bombarded with questions from the rest of the gang, but there was no way in Hades that Jason was going to let everyone else tag along, considering that no one knew how Percy would react. So, Annabeth, reasoned, they should send only two people that Percy trusts enough to see him. Originally, Grover was one of the two people but he had some council meeting to attend to. Then it just became Annabeth (for obvious reasons) and Jason to go get their friend.

Then, somehow, and Jason suspected Grover the one who was...persuaded  to tell the gang about the plan but he wouldn't harm the satyr about it, the others found out about Percy and the plan and well, now the rest of the Seven wanted to join the little rescue party of two.

"I just think that it would be better if we all came along," Piper was reasoning. "The rest of us wouldn't leave the ship when we got to the place where Percy is at. It can just be you and Annabeth that go up to the front door."

"Yeah," Hazel agreed. "We can be backup. Like last time."

"Besides," Frank spoke up. "Percy would need all the support he could get once we get him back."

"Which means we get to have cuddle time." Leo clapped his hands together. Jason chuckled. Leave it to Leo to lighten the mood, despite the tension that was currently filling the room they were in.

Jason turned to face Annabeth and leaned in close to where the others couldn't hear him.

"What do you think?" He murmured. "We kinda do need all the backup we could get if we're actually pulling this off."

Annabeth took in a deep breath and slowly released it. "Yeah," she quietly replied. "It would make sense."

She turned to their friends, her eyes narrowed in concentration. "Alright," she answered loudly for the others to hear. "You guys can come. If we're going to help Percy, he's going to need his family."

Everyone seemed to brighten up at that, determined to get their friend back from the dark clutches that were holding him, which made even Annabeth smile a little again.

Jason grinned. For the first time since their quest, the Seven were finally going on a journey together.

"Well?" Jason asked his friends. "What are we waiting for? Let's go get Percy."

***********

Okay, so, in all honesty, the first hour up in the air wasn't all that exciting. Unless you count Annabeth almost beating Leo to a pulp after he had won Monopoly exciting, nothing really interesting happened.

Once the Argo II took off into the air, the Seven decided that since they won't be arriving at their destination for another two and a half hours, they figured the best way to entertain themselves for those two hours is by playing games.

Needless to say, it got a bit...chaotic, as was previous mentioned in the first paragraph. So, the demigods immediately agreed that since they value their relationships with each other (and their lives) they shouldn't play anymore.

Now, Leo was steering the wheel-or remote, whatever. You know what I mean. Hazel and Frank went to the mess hall to eat lunch, Annabeth was in her room-most likely pacing herself to death and coming up with a plan, and as for Jason, he found himself leaning against the railing that Percy would usually do and stared across the horizon. Piper stood next to him.

"Percy's going to be fine," Piper abruptly stated, breaking Jason from any dark thoughts he might've had. Which he didn't. Yet.

Jason tore his gaze from the horizon to look at his girlfriend. "What?" He asked.

Piper rolled her eyes. "Percy's going to be fine," she repeated herself. "I mean, he's taken care of himself so far and now he's got two friends who are helping him."

"Yeah," Jason scoffed. "Whom he met on the side of the road." Jason closed his eyes and bit his lip. He didn't mean to sound like a pessimist, he was just worried about his cousin's well-being. Being resurrected must've done something to the guy that's causing Percy to act like he was. "Sorry."

Piper waved the apology away. "You're worried, I get it," she replied. "We're all worried about him. After all, we did almost just lose him for good..." she trailed off, thinking about that fateful day.

Jason nodded to himself. He understood what she was coming from, either way. They weren't going to lose Percy. They just couldn't.

Jason opened his mouth to speak, when he saw an Iris-Message form out of his peripheral vision. He turned his head towards it and saw someone he least expected.

It was one Dean Winchester.

"Dean?" Jason scrunched his eyebrows in confusion. "How did you-?"

"Percy told me how." Dean interrupted, looking around. "Figured I'd give it a shot." He saw where they were standing and his eyes widened. "Are you guys on a ship? You know, you need water for it to sail, right?"

At the mention of Percy, both Piper and Jason perked up, but Jason had to enlighten the older man of what was currently, their world.

Jason huffed in amusement. "It's a flying ship."

Dean opened and closed his mouth like a fish out of water, but Piper spoke up before the older brother could, possibly hoping to see their friend.

"Percy's okay?" She rapidly asked. "Is he here? Can we see him?"

Dean looked over at Piper and narrowed his eyes warily.

"It's okay, Dean." Jason beat him to the punch. "She's Percy's friend as well. And also my girlfriend." He turned to Piper. "Pipes, this is Dean Winchester. He's one of the guys who are helping Percy. Dean, Piper McLean."

"Hi." Piper waved to the older man, flashing him a friendly smile.

Dean released all of the tension in his body, no doubt from Piper's charmspeak, and nodded at her in greeting before tearing his eyes away to focus on Jason. "Listen, Jason, Sam and I might've found something that you might want to hear."

The way that Dean had phrased that sentence made Jason's spine crawl. Keeping his eyes on Dean, Jason muttered out of the side of his mouth, "Pipes, go get everyone else and tell them to meet up on the deck."

Piper nodded and went to retrieve the others.  Jason took a  deep breath, unsure if he was ready to hear what the hunter had to say. "What is it?"

Dean sighed. "We think Tartarus is planning something with Lucifer and Michael."
