I wake up around 7. I forgot to set my alarm clock. It's Thursday also known as science test day yay, just kidding. Math is more my strong suit, so I don't really care for science. My dad has already left for work so I sing in the shower. I'm not really a good singer but I like the songs I have on my playlist, so I sing.
I come out and blow dry my hair it's like 7:50 when I'm done brushing my hair. I put on my capris and a blue and white top and white sandals.
I hear knocking but not from the door, from the window. I turn and see Ethan throwing something at my window, rocks.
How long has he been standing there? did he see me change? why was he throwing rocks?
"What,are you trying to break my window?" I say opening my window.
"No just trying to get your attention."he says with his stupid smirk.
"Why do you have rocks in your room?"
" Because I can." he says.
Such a stupid answer.
" Why where you trying to get my attention?" I look at him confused.
" Oh well, I wanted to tell you that you are a horrible singer." he says with no emotion.
" Is that it?" I ask.
"Umm no if you want a ride hurry up, and you have a white but."
Oh my god I can't believe he just said that. He saw me get DRESSED. Ahhhhh. I don't know what I can say to that, oh I know I'll make a come back.
"Well I'm white. I am ready to go so come on."
I wasn't sure about that last part, if I really wanted him to give me a ride after what he just said, but there's no going back now.
I walk out my front door and go to Ethan's driveway and get in the car.
He gets in the car and starts to drive.
I stare out the window for like 10 minutes before I realize that we are in the middle of town not the way to school.
"Where are we going?" I ask.
"Relax I'm going to the coffee house."he says.
"Really coffee, I'm going to be late." I say.
"Well I need my coffee." he says putting an emphasize on the word need.
"Well I need to be at school in time." I say using the same emphasize on the word.
"If I were you I wouldn't back talk your ride." he says pulling up to the coffee house.
"Ok I'll shut up for the rest of the ride to school if you get me a muffin." I say yelling to him as he walks through the door. I really hope he heard me I'm starving.
I'm sitting in his car in the parking lot. In front of me the coffee shop is green with black letters. They're tables out in from where I see a couple sitting and drinking coffee.
The girl is facing me but the boy is facing the other way. I recognize the girl from my school, she has short brown hair and green eyes. Her name is Maya and she is being homeschooled now.
She and the boy stand up, revealing the boys orange streak.
It's Trent.
Why would he be with her he's dating Bridget.
Oh my god why is he cheating. That jerk!
I calm myself down. Why am I jumping to conclusions? Maybe they are just friends.
Then they kiss and walk to his car.
I am startled when Ethan opens the door and throws a muffin on me.
"Thanks." I say and, I start eating my muffin in silence, which is really hard given the information I've just obtained.
We get to school just in time. I run to my locker eager to keep my perfect attendance record. People say I'm a goodie two shoes.
I grab my stuff and rush to home room.
At the end of the day I go to my last period which is science, and Trent is in there.
I haven't told any of my friends about Trent not even Bridget.
Maybe I will just confront him about it.
I get into science and Karly isn't there because of a dentist appointment. I sit next to some boy with brown hair.
Mrs.Randy gives us our test.
I turn in my test and I feel ok about it.
I go up to Trent and ask him " Why did you cheat?"
" What are you talking about I didn't cheat!"he says.
" I saw you, you cheater!"
" Look it's not a big deal that I cheated on the test."
"I'm not talking about the test!" I say almost yelling.
" I saw you kissing Maya, and I'm going to tell Bridget." I say by now everyone has left, I guess the bell rang.
" Look you didn't see anything." he says angrily
" Hey, class is dismissed now take your argument some where else." Interrupts
Mrs.Randy pointing her finger to the door.
We both walk into the hallway.
" Hey, you aren't going to tell Bridget anything."He says.
" Give me one reason I shouldn't. Oh wait, there isn't one." I start running to find Bridget. When he grabs my wrist and pulls me back.
I try to squirm but I can't move.
"Let go of me!" I yell. By now most if the people are outside.
I try hitting him but it has no effect. He just pulls me up to him and says in almost a whisper " I won't hurt you."
I try to squirm but he pulls me closer. I hear an umph and turn to see someone's fist connect with Trent's face. Ethan.
