Ashley's POV~

I was walking with Jinxx to get a new tattoo when we were hit in the back of the head with a bat, we were completely knocked out. I remember waking up and smelling the sea so i knew we were near a beach. Jinxx was still out of it and all i wanted to do was go home, i hoped this was just a dream but its not...its really not.

"Oi you get up" he said pointing to me. I got up and obeyed what he wanted.

He removed my jewellery and my phone and wallet. Jinxx started waking up and i was pushed to the ground with my hands in front of me, i remember blackness taking over me and hearing my phone ring.

Jinxx's POV~

Ashley was forced to the ground as his hands bound in front of him.

As he begged "Come on man! Don't do this!" He listened to the gun cock from behind him.

"Shut up" he heard when a sharp pain hit him in his back, followed by another, another, another, another, the pain was too intense for him to focus past the 4 shot. his world was quickly fading to black when he felt the final shot.

I ran over to help him but i couldn't do anything...it was too late, he was almost dead i just didn't want to admit it.

The bastard walked away and people just walked by like nothing happened. Brooke appeared from no where and just started screaming. "ASHLEY ASHLEY STAY WITH ME ASHLEY" she yelled as she sobbed on his now cold body. I could barely move...i just saw my best friend being shot in the back and him possibly being dead..

"Brooke i can't breathe, its hard staying awake" Ashley said barely in a whisper. "Ashley i love you I'm so sorry I'm so sorry i cant help you, I'm so sorry Ashley, for everything i've done to you" she cried.

"The ambulance should be here soon Ash stay strong buddy its okay" i said.

The ambulance appeared and he was rushed inside, Brooke by his side not taking her eyes off him, i had to go with the police to the station. I called the others and told them what happened. CC said he'd come with me whilst Jake and Andy would drop Hazel off at Andy's mum and dads and go to the hospital.

"Hey man, how you doing?" CC said as he sat next to me handing me an icepack for my head. "I'm okay..a little shocked and sore but yeah" i answered him.

"Mr Ferguson you're free to go thank you for your time" officer Diaz had said to me. "Thanks officer" i said.

CC and i walked out of the station and walked to his car. "Home or hospital Jinxx" he asked as he started the car. "I just wanna go home, i'll see Ashley tomorrow, he won't mind" i said as CC drove away.

Brooke's POV~

Ashley was rushed to a room, i was crying and screaming trying to go with him but a nurse was holding me back. "ASHLEYYYYYYYY STAY WITH ME I LOVE YOU" i wailed as the nurse pursued to hold me back. Next thing i know i had fallen to the floor in tears. The nurse tried calming me down but i was just throwing kicks and punches until strong warm arms were wrapped around me, i saw the tattoos and knew it was Andy. I just sat there crying, hugging his arm.

"Its my fault Andy, i just stood there and watched him get shot" i finally said as Andy stroked my hair. "No its not honey. Its okay" he insisted as he helped me up. Jake took me in his arms and i just cried into his chest as Andy spoke with a doctor.

I looked over at the doc and Andy...Andy was about to cry....something terrible has happened.

"Whats wrong?.. Is everything okay?" Jake asked Andy as he came back over.

"He's going to die...they're doing everything they can to save him but its not looking to good, his heart rate has dropped, his lost so much blood and well they say if the treatment doesn't start working soon he will die" Andy said.

Jake texted CC and Jinxx, and i just sat there staring at the floor with my knees pushed to my chest.

He's dying..

He is actually dying and there is absolutely nothing i can do to help him...i love him...in some ways more than a friend...

"QUICK WE NEED HELP STAT!!! ROOM 4, A UH MR ASHLEY PURDY'S ROOM" came across the speakers.

I got up and ran into his room to only hear a sound i never ever ever wanted to hear..

'beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep'

OKAY SO, IVE BEEN NICE AND JUST GIVEN YOU GUYS 9 OR 10 CHAPTERS, I HAVE DECIDED THAT I WILL UPDATE THIS BOOK EVERY WEDNESDAY UNTIL THE BOOK IS FINISHED IT IS CURRENTLY TUESDAY EVENING HERE (5:50 pm to be exact) SO I WILL UPDATE SOMETHING TOMORROW AND THEN WONT UPDATE UNTIL WEDNESDAYS. SORRY GUYS BUT I FEEL IT WILL BE A LOT MORE EFFICIENT!!!!
