LOGANS POV

Evan came up with the idea to put slime in my merch cannon. When we got to Jake's house no one was home. I called him and he just laughed. I assume this was his attempt to prank me. Hes a real idiot sometimes.

ALEX'S POV

I woke up and found Brendon, Logan and Evan eating eggs. I swear we eat eggs every day. There was a chair in the kitchen, so Evan must have made them. Evan was such a good cook. Yummy. I grabbed a plate and went to sit next to Logan before Ayla sudenly jumped in front of me and sat next to Logan. An odd behavior for her. An odd behavior for anyone. I gave Logan a confused look and he gave me one back. I sat at the head of the table instead. I despised the aching silence in the room. I could feel the unsettled energy and it was uncomfortable. Logan finished his eggs before me and walked over to kiss my cheek, until Ayla stepped in front of him, again. She was acting really weird. Ayla stood there and I finally got up and walked to the sink, Logan following me.

"That was weird," I wispered as he stood next to me washing our dishes.

"Yeah, I dont know what's up with her," He finished washing the dishes and gave me a slow kiss on the lips. During our kiss Ayla cleared the throat, causing Logan to pull away. He looked over at her and I didnt bother to turn my head. I came closer to him and leaned into his lean body. He kept is gaze on her awkwardly and wraped me in his arms.

"Yo, Ayla, you gud bro?" He asked trying to play this off. She was quiet so Logan let go of me and grabed the survey. Ayla took it and wrote somthing down, it must have been long because it took a while. Logan read it and was wordless.

"Logie?" I asked, He seamed to be in a trance. He shook his head and glanced at Brendon.

"Uh, so looks like she's all gud," He anounced, stuffing the paper in his back pocket.

I followed him to our room.

"What the h*ll just happened?" I questioned in a wisper, staying calm. He handed me the wrinkled paper.

Break up with Alex, don't mention this to Brendon of Evan, or suffer the consequences

Part of me wanted to laugh at "suffer the consequences" but this was serious.

I sat next to him on the bed and swung my legs over his.

"What can she possibly do," I wispered gently. He burried his face into his hands before releasing it.

"I dont need to find out," He talked quiety as well, staring into my eyes. I could see the worry in his green eyes. I wanted to take his pain; thoose beautiful green eyes, and the amazing person he is did not deserve that.

My eyes filled with water, but I didnt allow tears to fall to fall of my face. But Logan still noticed and pulled me into a hug.

"Its okay," He repeated into my ear.

I didn't cry much, but when I did it was at the stupidest things. I never cryed with books or movies, but I would when someone was hurting. I rarely would cry out of pain, or my own mental wellbeing. I was a people pleaser, as my mom would always say. I wanted everyone to be happy. Everyone else's needs were above mine. It was a blessing and a curse. That's what Anxiety Disorders do to you I guess.

"Im not allowing her to cause you this pain," I told.

"How are you going to stop her?"

"I dont know but I am not allowing this," I got up and folded my arms in thought.

I paced around, witch made Logan nervous.

"Im going on a hike," I sighed.

"Can I come?"

"Sorry Babe, I really need to clear my mind,"

I kissed his forehead and walked out.

Music is heavenly. Music and nature will always help calm me.

I hiked for about four hours before stopping at an overlook. I sat in some dirt, admiring the green, open view. I sighed and layed back to look up at the clouds.

It wasnt long until I decided I could not sit still any longer. I got up and made my way back to my car. I looked up and saw a man coming twoards me. When he came closer I saw his figure, large, buff, and pretty cute.

"Hard to find a pretty girl like you out here," He started before smashing his lips into mine.

"What are you doing here?" I was kind of frustraited but I couldnt help to smile.

"I missed you," Logan smiled.

"Separation Anxiety?" I laughed, before kissing him again. He cupped my face with one hand and picked me up with the other. He kissed with passion, sending a wave of peacefulness and enjoyment through me. He is such a weird kid, but I love him. I loved to wrap my legs around his waist. I felt like a sloth hanging onto a tree.

We were interrupted by another hiker. I saw his face and a surge of shock ran through me.

"Sam!" I screamed, hugging him.

"Alexis Grace Allen," He begun. "Last person I would expect to be out here, what about the rink," I laughed, but I did miss the rink.

"Logan convinced me to expand my horizons, hiking isn't too bad," I admitted.

"Oh sorry! Logan this is Sammy. Sam this is Logan," The shook hands and Sam gave Logan a smile, but Logan didn't return it. Now he was acting weird? were all my friends getting possessed?

Logan kissed my cheek and warped his arms around over my shoulders.

I see, He was worried Sam wanted to date me.

"Sam is one of Tom's friends, as well as mine, He plays hockey as well," I told Logan.

"And Logan is my boyfriend," I added to help Logan.

"Nice! You deserve a nice man," Sam cheered.

"Hey, maybe we should grab some lunch, and catch up?" I sudgested.

"Sorry, I have an audition after my hike. Raincheck?" I nodded and he told me he would text me.

Once he was out of view I pushed Logan's arms off of me. I gave him a look, and he acted innocent.

"Alex, I can't have any one else think they can date you," He spoke. I hated clingy guys, and was already frustraited with Ayla.

"Logan that's really sweet but, you know I can protect myself, " Imeadiatly after saying that I head how harsh it was and regretted it.

"Babe I know you can I just love you so much," I could tell he was trying really hard to be calm.

I had tuned him out, still hating my last comment. I sped past Logan and back to my car as quick as I could. What had I just done?

Chapter 3 is up! This was late, sorry. Hopefully this book is getting more interesting, I have lots of plans for it!
