Cousin’s getting married
Cheers and chores are being carried
The bride is sitting in the corner
And we’re the ritual’s performer
All relatives are cherished
The house is full and flourished
Everyone has responsibilities
So we’re completing or duties
Songs and snacks are all around
House’s echoing with every pleasant sound
Everyone’s teasing the bride
But we all are always her side
Our sister’s getting wedding lessons
From different auntie’s sessions
All of us cousins are making jokes
As for the wedding we're really stoked
Our sister’s real keen to get married
Her demands are being carried
One goes to get her food
The next one tries to get her mood
Brothers are working hard
To distribute the invitation cards
The little ones are stealing snacks
From the cupboard and on the racks
Someone gotta rush the bride
To the salon with some pride
Someone tell the bride’s sisters
They’ve got some friends and visitors
Call the aunties to sing some songs
Don’t get anything wrong
Everything must be perfect
All the bills must be correct
Now hang all the garlands
From the roof and just above the land
Just switch on the blinking lights
And everything must be alright
We’re happy although we’ve our chores
As we’re excited to our cores
Sister’s wedding is a real big deal
And so we’re filled with ultimate zeal.
