"Leave Gladion alone!" I leaped onto the creature, and it threw me across the room. I hit a wall, my vision blurring. "(Y/N)!" I heard Gladion and my other friends scream. Lillie ran up to me. "(Y/N)! Please be OK!"
Gladion ran over and was skaking...
"Gladion! Gladion! You'll never guess what I did!" I turned to see (Y/N) barge into my living room. I had been watching TV, and switched it off.
"What?" I asked. (Y/N) grinned, and took out a pokeball. Out of it appeared-

"What is that!?" I asked in surprise.
(Y/N) smiled. "That's the surprise. I created a new Eevee evolution chain!"
I stared at her, amazed. "How?!" "My Silvally's memory discs. I thought, if it can change Silvally's type, why not Eevee's? And it's a temporary change, just like mega evolution." She took the memory disc from her dragon type Eevee, and it returned to being (Y/N)'s shiny Eevee.
(Y/N) smiled at it. "You've helped to change the world, Eevee!" "Eveee!"
(Y/N) looks kinda cute... Shut up, me! I blushed at my thoughts.
"You're a genius, (Y/N)!" She grinned. "I know. And thanks! It's all because of you giving me my Silvally. So technically it was both of us!"
I smiled. (Y/N) blushed, and her Rotom popped out and took a picture of us. "To remember the moment of an amazing discovery!" it said.
(Y/N)'s POV
After a long and tiring day of figuring out the whole eeveelution thing with Gladion, I lay on the floor in my room. I looked at my phone.
Lillie: Are you going to the dance?
(Y/N): I got no reason to go
Lillie: Gladion's gonna be there...
(Y/N): why didn't you just say so? see ya there
Lillie: :)
I rushed to put on a dress, and ran over to Iki town. I quietly entered, and sat down on a bench. I happily watched as Lillie and Hau danced, and Sun was talking to another girl (oooooo!).
"Why aren't you dancing with anyone?" I quickly turned around to see Gladion. "You're the champion, shouldn't you be more popular?" "What about you, edgelord?" I shot back.
He smirked. "Edgelord?" I blushed, and Gladion asked, "Care to dance?"
I stood up, and smiled. "Sure, but I can't really dance." Gladion smiled. "Just follow my lead."
Gladion can dance? We danced together, and as it happened, I felt like Kilala when Rei danced with her for the first time. I remember what she was wishing: "Time, please stop. " I wish for that too. I want to just stay with Gladion, like this, forever.
Too soon the song was over. I stared into Gladion's emerald green eyes. He stared into mine. Without realizing it, our faces moved toward each other. I love you, Gladion. "Hey guys! Whatcha doing?"
We quickly moved apart, and glared at Hau. If looks could kill, Hau would be done for. He backed away. "Oh? You guys were in the middle of something- I'll just leave now." He ran off, and me and Gladion blushed at each other.
"Thank you, Gladion." I said. "I enjoyed tonight. See you later?" He smiled. "Yeah."
I ran toward home. That was awesome! So magical! I twirled around down the path.
The stars were shining, and the pokemon were scurrying around. This night was perfect. Almost.
I sat down, and sighed. Me and Gladion were so close to kissing! I'm so gonna kill Hau later...
I stood up and said aloud, "Well, I better get home."
I ran to her house, and rang the doorbell. Her mother answered. "Hello."
I smiled. "Hi. I'm a friend of (Y/N)'s, Gladion. Is she here?" Her mother frowned. "No, she went to the dance. You mean she left?"
I frowned. "I can look for her, if you want." (Y/N)'s mother smiled. "Go ahead. And when you find her, tell her to call me." I nodded, and ran off toward the trail I saw her take.
I looked around, and started calling her name. "(Y/N)! Where are you?" I nearly tripped over something. I looked down.
(Y/N)'s bag lay on the ground. She never goes anywhere without it! "(Y/N)!" I screamed. "Where are you?!"
No answer. Oh my Arceus. Something must have happened to her... "(Y/N)!!!!!!!!!"
