The House

I drove my Jeep into the new driveway of the small house we will be staying at during our mission. Lucas, in his Jeep, parked right next to me. Our motorcycles attached to the backs. We walked into the house to set up. It was right inside of the pack territory, Alpha Kyle said that we should use it so we would be closer to the pack if anything should happen. Since we are humans, the pack won't bother us but we will still have to keep our home training in the redone basement. It was stocked with a shooting range and workout area with a sparring mat.
Lucas and I brought our bags in, running up the steps to get the best bedroom. Shoving him into the wall, he grunted and shoved me back pushing my arm into a nail that was sticking out of the wall. I hissed with the pain but still tripped him. He fell on his face since he couldn't brace his fall with his arms full of bags. I ran into the huge room and placed my bags on the king sized bed. The double doors led to a balcony that will be looking at the sunset over the forest when night falls. The closet was a decent size and the bathroom had nice utilities. I smirked as Lucas scrambled into the room and grumbled out when he realized I had won. He marched over to the room across the hall and set his stuff down on his queen bed and turned to glare at me.
I set my room up, putting clothes away and hiding weapons. The house was plenty big enough for the two of us. Lucas ordered a pizza and we feasted while watching tv.
The next morning we were to go to high school. Neither of us wanted to go since we had more than enough education that we will need specified for our jobs. Packing a bag of a few notebooks and pencils, I hide some weapons on me and grabbed a slice of cold pizza for breakfast and coffee as I sat looking at the case files on the kitchen island. Lucas came down just before we needed to leave.
"We need to get food later." I mumbled to him. He groaned in response, as he was not awake yet. Neither of us were morning people. We climbed onto our bikes and rode off to the school.
