Chapter 3

I couldn't believe my eyes.
It was the one and only Karl Lagerfeld sitting right next to me.
My breath hitch, I was so rude because I was staring.
He looked at me, smiled and said "Hi, there I don't think I've seen you around before what's your name?"

He reached his hand out to greet me.

I quickly responded " Oh, I'm kind of new in the Fashion world I was invited by the CEO to attend the event.

"Ah I see, welcome to the Fashion world! I hope to see some of your work on the run way in the future."

"I hope to succeed to that point, Thank you Sir."

He smiled and said. "You shouldn't hope you should know, always stay positive. You have already made it to this point, sitting in the VIP Booth. I see only good things for you ahead."

I bowed and Smiled " Thank you so much sir, it's a Big honour coming from you. I admire you alot."

He had the biggest smile on his face "Thank you, and call me Mr Karl."

As I nodded with a smile, I noticed someone's head peeking out next to Mr Karl.
It was Jiyongs manager. He gave me a smile, winked and looked away again.

Wh.What Just happened? Did he just winked at me?
How rude..
But I wasn't complaining, Jiyongs manager was hot as hell.
Mr Karl touched my arm and asked "Are you going to join us for drinks afterwards? I would love to know more about your fashion seeing that you're new, I can also introduce you to some people. "

"Yes of course I will join. Mr Karl please meet my assistant Layla. " I replied to his offer and introduce Layla to him.

I tapped Layla on the arm and she gasped, She quickly responded with " Hello sir, its such a big honour to meet you. "

Mr Karl was so humble " Its nice to meet you Layla." He smiled and took her hand softly like a real gentleman.
He was really sweet and so kind.

There were 2 more sets left with  3 more designers and lastly there will be an upcoming surprise performance.
Mr Karl and I were talking throughout the whole show where he pointed out errors and the ones he liked.
The last models walked on with the designer, they bowed and left the RunWay.

The whole set went dark, suddenly red flashing lights were all over the venue.
I was kinda curious to see who was performing.

A voice appeared but I couldn't see, that voice gave me shivers.

" 1, 2, 3, 4... It's me ... G Dragon.  cut the music off..........

I almost jumped of my chair.
I know this song... I KNOW THIS VOICE, THAT NAME.
My body went completely numb.

Jiyong came out and preformed one of his songs "Runaway".
Without noticing I started to tap my hand on my leg to the beat and started singing along .
He was walking towards us, I was looking straight at him. I'm pretty sure my mouth was opened.
He came closer, smiled at me and walked away.

Ok well that didn't just happened?

Layla suddenly whispered " OMG, A Ru.. he smiled at you."

I looked at her confused. "Yeah, first it was his manager and now him."
She smirked at me " See I told you, you looked good."
I just rolled my eyes at her "Whatever I don't, watch the show. "

The show ended and it was time for the after party.
Mr Karl insisted that we should walk with him.
He introduced us to so many Designers and Models, We had some Champagne and chatted to so many new people.
The CEO came to introduce himself to me. "I am so overjoyed you made it, I see you've met some new people. "
I quickly greeted him and said. "Ah yes Thank you so much for inviting me, but Sir if you don't mind me asking how did I manage to get an invite and a VIP pass to such big Event?"
He gave me a big smile and inhaled sharply. " Yes, Well you probably don't know this, my daughter has a small model agency for young girls and you were the designer she used, she was really impressed with the service and quality of your work, she recommended you to me and she insisted that I invite you to my event. She also showed me some of your work and I was really impressed, that's why you are here."

He gave me a friendly laugh and added. "Make as much friends as you can and make a good impression on them, you might get someone that will help you grow even bigger."

He winked, tapped my shoulder softly and told me to enjoy myself.
Little did I know when I was talking to the CEO, Jiyong, his manager and Mr Lagerfeld was standing right there listening to the whole conversation but Jiyong ended up talking to some people.
I had no idea where Layla went, as I turned around I looked straight into Jiyong's manager's face.

I just gasped.

Mr Karl quickly broke the awkward moment. "See what did I tell you, don't think just know. I can see you're going to go far. "

He put his arm around my shoulder and walked to Jiyong.
I tried to escape but I didn't want to be rude. Mr Karl spoke smoothly. " I want to introduce you to one of my Favourite fashion Icons. "

He called Jiyong, he turned around and looked straight at us.  "Jiyong I would like to introduce you to this lovely young lady her name is A Ru, she is new in the Fashion world and really Talented so I've heard. "

He smiled and reached his hand out to me, I was completely frozen I couldn't move.

[B]Why can't I move?

Suddenly I hear Layla bluntly introduced herself to cover my ass, after the safe I reached out to greet him.
He was smiling so brightly even though it was one hell of an awkward situation. "It's nice to meet you A Ru, you have a nice name though  and Welcome to the Fashion Family. "

I nodded and said thank you, my facing was reaching the max of the blushmometer.
What else was I suppose to do or say?

Jiyong wondered off to other people and I was standing there alone, not knowing where Layla went.

I heard someone behind me say "Hey there." I turned around and It was Jiyongs manager.
He was actually really handsome up close but I greeted him back.
He suddenly asked curiously. "So why are you standing alone?"
I looked at him. " Aaam well I don't really know anyone here, I suck with talking to new people alone and I have no idea where my assistant went."

He smiled and hand me a glass of champagne. " Its ok I'll keep you company until she comes if that's ok with you?"

He seemed really nice though so I agreed.

We ended having a really nice conversation and he was really funny. He asked my number and asked if we can grab a coffee sometime.

I obviously agreed.
