~This is a week later~ Y/N POV Sunlight crept in causing my room to fill with light.Why do mornings even exist? I think to myself as i turn over and pick up my phone.It was 7:03am.I haven't woken up this early since... never! Devyn had messaged me: Devyn- Omg that's great! I can't wait to see you all and I'll introduce you to my roommates I think you'll get along!! Xx

I decided after a few minutes to get up and make breakfast.PANCAKES! Finally,I had finished them after struggling for at least half an hour. I plated them up and went to give them to Holly and Sem. They're so lucky to have a friend like me. Obviously...
I went over to sems room and shoved open the door."Wake up sleepy head!"I shouted at Sem whist putting the plate of pancakes on her bedside table and then yanking open the curtains to allow in the blinding sunlight. "Noooo"she mumbled."Hmm,you leave me no choice" I then ripped the covers off of her and pushed her off her bed."I hate you!" She yelled.I laughed at her groggy state "you love me really" "nope!" "I guess I'll have to eat these pancakes all alone then" I said grinning,I knew exactly what she'd do. "Pancakes?"she asked with one eyebrow raised. "Yep"I replied She immediately jumped up and began looking around wondering where I'd put them.
"On your bedside table"i said pointing over to the plate. "Than-" she was cut off by Holly shouting "What the actual hell?!Its only 8 o'clock!Why are you two even awake?!!" I smiled nervously."I made pancakes" She looked at Sem wolfing down a pancake drowned in maple syrup."I'll be in the kitchen if you need me!" She ran back out of the room."Hey don't eat them all!I've not had any yet!!!" I yelled after her whilst racing to the kitchen aswell.
After eating several,not bragging or anything,amazingly delicious pancakes I went back to my room. Rummaging through my wardrobe and attempting to find something suitable for the meeting that we had to go to with the Monroes at 2pm,I finally found the perfect outfit!

It was gonna take at the least 45 minutes to get to the café that we'd arranged the meeting at.Sem and Holly still weren't ready at 1:00.
I barged in on them both in Holly's room whilst Holly was showing Sem pictures of her and her boyfriend Ryan.Sem looked like she was gonna throw up,she isn't really the relationship type. "GET READY!YOU ONLY HAVE FIFTEEN MINUTES!!" I yelled at them intimidatingly.
They were both shocked,but got up immediately and went over to Holly's closet. ~time skip to the meeting~ We arrived just in time and were greeted by a cute elderly couple. "Hello,You must be Y/N,Holly and Sem." "Thats us!" Sem replied whilst shaking Mr Monroe's hand and smiling.
We had a long conversation about the house,prices and other things but it went really well,which is a surprise because to be completely honest my life is a train wreck. ~skippity skip skip skip~ Oh god! It's a Tuesday!! I totally forgot that I have to do a live stream. I rapidly ran to my desk and turned on my laptop.Clicking into you now and going live. "Hello everyone,I'm sorry I'm a bit late but I have big news!" I talked about moving to LA and seeing Devyn and after half an hour my phone started to ring.I said goodbye and ended the live stream before answering the phone,it was Devyn! "Hi Y/N" "Hey!" "Did the meeting go well?" "Yeah,they are really nice and said that me,Sem and Holly are able to move in next week!" "That's amazing!"" Who are you on the phone to?" An unfamiliar voice said. "My friend Y/N,one of my friends who is moving in down the road,say hi" "Hey Y/N"they said "Hi...." I didn't know his name. "Colby.Thats my name." "Ok hi Colby!" I reply
