Your POV Ring!!! I grumble as my phone rings waking me from a deep sleep. I pick it up,wondering who is calling at 8AM. "Hello?" I say groggily holding the phone to my ear. "Hey Y/N! Hope I didn't wake you." Elton replies cheerfully. "No, it's fine."It's not fine. "Okay, good." "Well what did you call me for anyway?" I ask. "Oh,yeah, right! Me,Sam and Colby are going and exploring this abandoned mental asylum. We were wondering if you'd come with us" "That sounds great.Text me what time you need me at yours and I'll bring some stuff too!"I stand up and swing open my door. "That's awesome. Bye!" "Byeee!!" He hangs up and I make my way downstairs. Sem mustn't be awake yet,I assume and decide to let her sleep.
I can't be bothered to make a decent breakfast so I'll just grab some Starbucks before I go to Eltons place. After channel surfing (A/N I still think that should be a sport) for half an hour I go back upstairs to get ready.
I look in my mirror. Y/N you look disgusting. What do you do in the night to make yourself look so bad?! (A/N we know *winks twice*) "Eh!" I groan, dragging myself to my bathroom. I shower, brush my teeth and do my hair.
After ten straight minutes of me rummaging through my closet I pull out some clothes;

As I finish getting my shoes on (plain black vans) I get a text from Elton: Elton: Come to ours at 11AM and make sure you bring a torch and maybe some food/drink. x
Y/N: Okay, I'm gonna go Starbucks now. Do you guys want anything? Xx
Elton: One sec. I'll ask Sam and Colby.
Y/N: kk
Elton: A light caramel frappé, a normal coffee and a berry smoothie pls. I'll pay you back.
Y/N: alright. See you later Elton: byeeee
I grabbed my bag and left. Starbucks wasn't too car from our house so I don't mind walking. It takes about 10 minutes but I get there and the queue is surprisingly short so I got our drinks and made my way to their mansion.
I knock loudly on the door and hear Corey shout "come in!!" I open it and go through to the game room where Corey and Aaron are. "Oh hey Y/N!" Aaron shouts over the sound effects of Rocket league. "Hi, where's Elton and the others?" I ask. " Colby's room I think." Corey says, his eyes glued on the screen." Thanks." I wave and carefully go upstairs and knock on Colby's bedroom door.
"That must be Y/N," I hear Elton say before the door opens. Colby gestures for me to enter the room. "Your drinks," I pass over the tray and take my (preferred drink). "Thanks!" Sam takes a long slurp of his coffee and gives out a satisfied "ahhh"
"So what's the plan?" Colby asks Elton.
Colby's POV Knock! Knock! "That must be Y/N," Elton nods over at the door but carries on sorting out his camera equipment. Sam looks at me. I get up off my bed and open the door to see Y/N smiling and holding a tray of drinks. I go to speak but I can't, I don't know why.So I kind of just gesture her to come in.She smiles awkwardly but comes in and hands over the drinks. Sam takes his and noisily drinks it whilst winking at me."ahhh!" He says smirking.I blush a little but try to hide it by asking Elton something. "So what's the plan? " Elton looks up from his stuff. "It's a 2 hour drive there. And it shouldn't be too hard to get in because there isn't any security."
Y/N and Sam nod.
We go out and take Eltons car. Sam calls shotgun so me and Y/N are in the back.
Together.
I clambered in to the back seat, Y/N shortly after. Elton and Sam are deep by the time we'd gotten down the road. " So... How's life?" I ask.
Your POV
"So...How's life?" Colby asks me a few minutes into the ride. What should I say?! "Normal I guess. What about you?" " The same"He replies. " Do you like living in LA?"
"Yeah, it doesn't rain as much here" I answer. He chuckles and looks down at his shoes. "Do you go exploring places like this often?" I knew he did but I was struggling for ideas about what to talk about. He looks at me and smiles. "Yeah, me and Sam go to these sorts of places a lot. Sometimes just us and other times with a few other people. " I nod and keep a smile plastered on my face. We sit quietly for a good five minutes before I decide to take out my phone and post on my snapchat saying I'll be posting later on today and then putting in my earphones. I put my playlist on shuffle and wait for the first song to come on.I only have one earphone in just incase someone starts speaking to me.The first song plays:

"What you listening to?" I hear Colby say into my ear, he probably thinks I have it on really loud. I show him my phone screen. "I love Panic! At the disco!" He exclaims making Sam turn around, roll his eyes and laugh. I chuckle at his enthusiasm and hand him the other earphone.
For the rest of the ride Colby and I fangirl over several bands and discuss all of our favourite songs. To be honest we were getting on nicely and it was great getting to know about what he likes,but not because I like him or anything, he's just really nice and funny and good looki- . Good hearted! Yeah! Good hearted. And I hope we can be great friends!
