I didn't realize how much I would miss Sarah until her family had to go visit her grandmother. It was her last days, so they had her funeral too. She was gone for a month and a half. When Sarah walked into my room after Evan let her in, I cried. I broke down as she held me.

"Oh, honey, what's wrong?" She had waited for me to calm down a little. "I see Evan is here. How are y'all?" She smiled a little as she mentioned him. I had calmed down considerably when she had said his name.

"Well," I sniffed slightly. "I took your advice. Two weeks ago, he asked me out." I could see the smile and her start to happily bounce. " I told him I never have dated anyone, but I would love to try. Honestly, he is a great guy and has been here since the day after you left. I have been having an.... issue and he is trying to help me out." Her happiness turned to confusion. "I think I have a stalker. Someone keeps pounding on the door. They have left one note. It's pretty clear what they want."

Sarah took the note and read it. My darling Joy. I see you have a bodyguard. You have grown up so beautifully. I am sure your parents would be so proud that you have a twenty one year old man living with you. I mean, if I didn't kill them, that is. I hope you enjoy my knocking. Much love, my dear. She was shaking by the end of the note. "Have you gone to the police?" I almost didn't hear her ask.

"Yeah. Since it isn't a clear threat and no one is actively getting hurt, they can't do anything. They won't even run it for prints." I started to tear up again. There was another knock on the door. I heard Evan call me downstairs.

A/N Another short filler. The past three weeks I have been sick and recovering and extremely busy. Hopefully I can get another chapter up soon. Thank you guys so much for being patient. I write my chapters out to make sure I like it while typing it out so it is a process.
