Last Breathe - Chapter 8
* Aidens P.O.V *
Something touched my head, jerking me out of my sleep. I looked up to see what mysterious object had touched me.
It was Annie.
She was awake.
"Annie, good girl come on, thats it sit up."
"Sorry." She whispered.
"Why are you sorry ?" I asked confused.
"Because i cut again and i promised i wouldn't."
"Annie its ok, dont worry, but if you dare do it again i'll cut you're hands off so you can't cut again." I Said with a cocky smile sweeping across my lips.
She smiled.
"Where's Mum ?"
"I told her to leave."
"Why ?"
"Beacause this is all her fault, she's just ruining your life. But i've got some good news."
"What ?"
"Me and Haden. Are. Well, coming with you."
"Are you serious ?" She whispered in an unbeliveing voice.
"Deadly."
She screamed and wrapped her arms around my kneck. I hugged her tightly.
"Right, you rest and recover while i go and pack." I said smiling.
I pushed her hair behind her ear and kissed her on the forehead.
"I'll be back. Promise."
"Ok."
I Jummped in the car and arrived outside of our house in about 5 minutes.
I stepped into the dark coridoor and made a be-line up the stairs.
I grabbed the blue suitcase from the attic and ran into Annie's room.
I opened her wardrobe and litterally emptied it.
Leggings, top's, jummper's, dresses, trainers, sandles, knickers and all sorts were thrown into the suitcase.
Hair bobbles, Hair straighteners, hair bands, clips.
Necklaces, bracelets, watches, phone charger.
Photo's, towel, swimming costume, shampoo, contioner, body wash.
I stood staring at the now empty room.
All my childhood spent in this very house. And now, i was leaving. Leaving all the memories behind. Leaving the comfort behind, and i was doing all this for my sister. That's got to make me a good brother right ?
-Back At The Hospital- *Annie's P.O.V*
"Hey." I croaked once i saw the familiar face of my brother, pop through the door.
"Hi." He Smiled.
"So then." He started "Do you think the nurses will dissmiss you today ?"
"I really dunno, a nurse came in earlier and said i was still a bit dehydrated but other than that i was doing great, so i guess i should be able to go." I leaned and pressed the red button to alert the nurses that i needed assistance.
"You ok sweetie ?" A blond female nurse spoke entering the room.
"Yeah i'm fine, i was just wondering if i'd be able to go home today." I said.
"Umm your looking a whole lot better, just make sure you drink lots and we'll need your brother to sign the discharging forms then you can go." She smiled.
Aiden signed all the forms and helped me into the car.
"You ready ?"
"Ready as i'll ever be." I smiled nervously.
