" IS IT COOL THAT I SAID ALL THAT?
IS IT TOO SOON TO DO THIS YET?
'CAUSE I KNOW THAT IT'S DELICATE. "

JAMES DID NOT LIKE IT when Freya entered the Gryffindor Common Room seven point three seconds past curfew with Sirius. He seethed at the sight of them smiling at each other. The eyebrows of Lily, Marlene, Alice, and Mary were rose so high they would fall off their faces. Remus didn't know what to do — neither did he think he wanted to be involved — so, he instead continued playing Wizard's Chess with a Peter who didn't seem to be too affected like the rest of the Gryffindors who didn't care for they didn't know the issue.

Sirius and Freya's laughter was cut off as they reached the living room and only then realizing that their friends were staring at them. "Um, we made up?" Sirius said more like a question awkwardly, offering a sheepish smile towards the lot who were sprawled on the floor and the couches.

James smiled sarcastically and said, "Congratulations." And with that, he stood up, abandoning his quill and parchment, and stomped towards the Marauders dorm.

"Good going, Padfoot," Remus said, rolling his eyes.

"What?" Sirius said defensively. "I said we made up. I didn't said we made out." In that moment, everyone could be sensed face palming themselves at Sirius' explanation yet at the same time unnecessary pun.

"The mere idea of you talking to her again is the same exact thing to him," said Remus, exasperatedly. "Seriously, couldn't you wait for the two of them to fix things up?"

"I said sorry to Freya and am planning to say sorry to James, too," Sirius exclaimed, flailing his hands for emphasis. "I know it was my fault, alright? That's why I'm trying to make this right. Since when did saying sorry a bad thing?"

"It's not," Remus sighed, as if he was apologising to Sirius for the wrong tone he has been using. He shook his head and after a pause, he looked directly at the two, "Alright, one of you needs to go after him now to start patching this shit up."

"Remus Lupin cursing?" Alice said aloud in a facade gasp, trying to lighten up the mood. Remus playfully rolled his eyes at the short haired girl as a response. Though he did smile a bit.

Lily elbowed Alice though a faint grin on her lips couldn't be hidden as well. She then diverted her gaze to Freya. They locked eyes and Lily pointed her head to the direction James just had run off to, telling her that she should be the first to follow him and apologize. Freya smiled genuinely at her friend. She nodded curtly before announcing, "I'll follow him."

"Get it, sis," everyone's heads turned to Froyce who no one noticed was sitting by the windowsill, a book on his lap. He turned his head towards the lot and smirked. Freya rose her eyebrow.

"Were you listening this whole time?"

Froyce only grinned and shrugged. Freya rolled her eyes though smiling. She then went on her way towards the boy staircases, the faint voice of Peter Pettigrew from below saying, "How come girls can go in our dormitories and we can't to theirs?"

The answers to Peter's questions by her friends echoed and barely heard as she reached the sixth floor. She felt determined and it was then or never. Freya took a deep breath before knocking on the door.

"No, Remus," James' whiny voice echoed and it made Freya softly giggle.

        "It's Freya," she spoke.
