Ariana Walkers life is turned upside down as her parents spontaneously decide to move to LA. She meets the why don't we boys and they all become close friends but the connection between Ariana and one of the boys in the band have the strongest spark...
I gaze into her beautiful brown eyes. She must feel the connection too. She leans in as I do but then... "Ariana I'm home". We break away from each other and Ariana's mom enters the room instantly feeling the awkward tension. "I should go" I say breaking the silence. "see you later" Ariana says not looking at me. I make my way out and back to the house where the boys are.
Ariana's POV:
The second Zach leaves my mom says "so what were you guys doing?" "Just watching Netflix" I say then make my way upstairs to avoid the conversation. I decide to start my music project. I choose the song 'Should've been us' by Tori Kelly. I pick up my guitar and play for hours perfecting it. After I take a shower. Whilst standing there my thoughts start haunting me. What was I thinking Zach and Jack don't need me in their lives. They are on a rollercoaster together which is only going up I don't want to ruin that. I make the decision to not contact them so they can try and get on with their lives. They both deserve more than me. I get out of the shower and get ready for bed. I lie in my bed the thoughts still spinning around my head. ------------------------------------------------------- ~ A week later ~ None of the boys tried contacting me. This proves my point that they don't need me interfering. I get dressed and do my hair and makeup ready for school.

I walk downstairs to find my sister eating toast. I quickly steal a piece before leaving the house. Lily and I have a daily routine of meeting at Starbucks before school but I'm late (like usual)so I start running. I run whilst texting Lily to inform her I'm on my way. Suddenly I bump into someone and I find myself on the floor. I get up grabbing my bag then look to see who I collided with. "Sorry" we both say simultaneously. It's Jack. "Oh Ariana. We haven't hung out in what seems like years. Come over tonight" . "Yeah sure" I say in a rush and run off to Lily. It's only when I reach Starbucks when I realise what I have agreed to. Well done Ariana. "Ariana I started to think you weren't coming" "Yeah sorry about that" I say nervously laughing. We enter the Starbucks and I get the caramel popcorn frappe and Lily gets the vanilla bean frappe then we make our way to first period - music. Today's the day we need to preform our pieces we've been working on. We all sit down nervously waiting for the first persons name to be called. "Ariana walker" Miss Smith announces and my heart starts thumping madly. I stand there at the front of my class with my guitar and a sudden urge comes over me. I can do this I think to myself and start playing. The whole class stand up and applaud me. This is amazing I think to myself. I would love to do this for the rest of my life. "That was brilliant Ariana. I knew you would live up to my expectations" I smile at Miss Smith then walk back to my seat. " Why didn't you tell me about your amazing talent Ariana?" Lily asks me stunned. " I didn't really think of it as a talent" I say before getting interrupted by a tall blonde haired boy. "I recorded you preforming and if it's alright with you I would love to post it". "Sure" I say surprised people actually liked it. He walks off and the next person is asked to preform. ----------------------------------------------------- Zach's POV: I'm scrolling through twitter when I come across a video Ariana was tagged in. I click onto it and it's a video of her singing. "She is SO good!!!" I say out loud by accident. "Who is?" Daniel says walking into the room. I show him the video and his reaction is the same as mine. We gather all the others to show them and we all agree that Ariana's voice is one of a kind. I didn't even know she could play the guitar. "Well we can applaud her when she comes around later" Jack says casually looking at his phone. "What??!!" I exclaim. "Yeah I saw her this morning and invited her around". This is going to be the first time seeing her after the incident. "That's alright isn't it? It's just we've been so busy preparing for tour that we haven't really spoke to her". All the boys say it ok and I go along with it. ----------------------------------------------------- Knock knock. Jack rushes to the door and standing there as cute as ever is Ariana. "Hi" she says to Jack before acknowledging my presence. "Hey Ariana" I say smiling. She looks back at me with a smirk "hey Herron". My smile then turns to a smirk as we both keep looking at each other. "Let's play Xbox" Jack says tugging Ariana's arm. She looks at me with a funny scared face as Jack pulls her along.
