Chapter Nineteen: Saved.

Silence filled the room.

"What is he doing here?" I heard Nathan says as I let go of his grip as I was smiling.

Luke made it. He actually made it.

"Elizabeth doesn't love him!" Luke shouted so everyone could hear.

"Eliazbeth, who is this boy?" My father spoke.

"The love of my life." I replied and my father did not look too thrilled.

"No, get him out!" Nathan yelled. "I thought I'd killed you!"

Everyone gasped. "Well you tried but, it failed." Luke said as he acted sad and I giggled.

Luke still stood by the doors with a smirk while Nathan looked like he was about to burst into flames and kill him.

"Elizabeth, is this true. Do you love that boy?" My mother asked.

"It's true." I smiled, feeling no fear for once.

"He's the boy you kissed that day." My mother stated.

"You what?" Nathan yelled, turning his attention to me.

"And you didn't say anything?" My father asked.

"No, because I wanted to keep the peace." My mother grumbled. My father just frowned. "He is not ruining our family. I can't tell Nora what to do, so I am teling you what to do and you will be married by the end of this day!" My mother screamed at me.

"Mom, don't you want Elizabeth to be happy?" Nora spoke for the first time.

"I don't care about happiness. I want grandchildren and I don't see you doing any of that." Mom yelled at Nora.

I finally got the courage to speak. "I don't love Nathan. I never did. It was forced on. I love Luke." I told everybody as they turned their attention to me.

They were all shocked as Nathan grabbed my hand. "No, you love me. You are not going anywhere!"

"We'll see about that." Luke said as he walked up the isle, looking smart. I turned to Nora and she was shocked yet she was smiling.

"I should have never let you out of my sight!" Nathan said and as Luke came closer, Nathan tried to yell again.

"Back off!" Luke pushed him away before he took my hand.

"Stop!" I yelled and it fell silent. "I love Luke." I said, squeezing my hand.

"I'm sorry, I cant marry you if she loves someone else." The preacher said as he started packing away his stuff.

"No, she is too young to know what she wants!" Nathan argued.

"I know what I want and it's not you," I said, "oh and you might wanna cancel the honeymoon." I walked towards Nora. "Nora I'll text you where I will be going." I whispered and she nodded.

"This is over!" I said as I took Luke's hand and walked towards the door

"No!" My mother yelled. "Marry Nathan!"

I shook my head. "Mom, this isn't what I want. I'm sorry but you will never see me again." I said as a tear slipped from my eye because she never loved me. She only wanted to control me. I continued to walk towards the door with Luke. I could hear everyone talking and my mother did nothing. Had she realised what she was doing was only hurting me? My father stood speechless and so did Beverly. Nathan looked angry but he still stood there. Had he realised that he couldn't do anything about it?

I walked out the door in my dress and saw the six seater car where I saw Claire, Jesy, Daniel and Andrew. They all looked happy and Luke let me in the front seat, he went around to the other side and he opened the door. I saw a figure appear behind him.

"Behind you!" I yelled and he turned around as a punch hit his face.

"Stay there." The boys told us. Like hell I would.

Andrew and Daniel came around and saw Luke on the ground. I got out and made my way out in a puffy dress to see Luke until my hand was grabbed by someone.

"You are not going anywhere!" I saw Nathan standing in front of me while clutching my arm.

"Get off her!" I heard Nora's voice as she raced out of the church.

"Go away!" Nathan yelled as he dragged me towards his car

"Get off of me!" I yelled and Andrew ran towards us and hit Nathan in the face and he lost his grip. I ran back to the car and helped Luke who was fine. Thank god. He just had a bloody nose.

Nora helped me get in the car with my dress. "I'll meet you where you are. Call me." She said.

I hugged her so tight and then she closed the car door. I saw Luke get in the car as did Andrew, Daniel, Claire and Jesy.

"Let's get out of here." Luke said as he backed up the car, holding a tissue to his nose. Nathan got up and stood on the footpath as we drove away.

I saw Nora wave and everyone came rushing out as I looked back and they saw the car drive away. My mom was crying and my dad was looking angry as Nathan started having a mental breakdown. He needed help.

"You okay?" Luke asked me as he removed the tissue.

"Yeah, now that you're here." I said as I held his hand, he smiled. "It worked." I said, relieved.

"It sure did." Claire said.

I was so happy. "Thank you guys so much." I said.

"Anything to keep Luke happy." Daniel said.

"And anything for a friend." Jesy added.

"Right, our stuff will be arriving tomrorrow at our new apartment." Luke said.

"What?" I asked.

"Yeah, do you want to move in with me?" Luke smiled.

"Of course!" I laughed with a grin.

"I am in the same complex," Claire said, "just a few doors down."

"Fantastic!" I said with happiness.

"And for us, we found a little flat together and our stuff willl be arriving in a few days so we will stay with Claire until then." Jesy said.

I smiled. "That's awesome, I am so happy for everyone. Are you guys sure you wanna do this for me?" I said, feeling gulity.

"Of course, otherwise we wouldn't have done it." Daniel replied while patting my shoulder from the back seat. I smiled and texted Nora and told her our address and she would come by in a few days with the rest of my stuff.

I was finally happy. "Florida, here we come!" Luke yelled with joy.
