We are best friends,
People mistake us as a couple,
and he laughs,
He knows I have feelings for him,
I'm bold about it,
But does he have them back?
His whole day brightens up when I'm around him,
I make him feel better when he's upset,
But he sees me as a friend,
And it's never good enough for me.
