silver raindrops glistened like stars
and poured down your face
you laughed
and took my handtogether, we dived into the storm
screaming
and wild
and young
and freethe water soaked us to the bone
and silver stained our souls
i find flecks of it every now and then
i smile and rememberwhen you made me laugh
when i wasn't always filled with pain
when we could be forever
when rain could be silver
