crazy to think my heart beats your name
shattered pieces just causing me pain
and it's not like i can just carve you out
it's not my choice and i can't doubt
that you're alone tonight and not with her
you flew to the flame and you were burned
you promised me you'd never do it again
but you do nothing but lie and hurt and pretendcrazy to think that i'm trying to move on
because you were right that i was wrong
and i know that i hoped and it scared you too much
but all fear is is a kind of love and
i'm drowning in the waves of my spilling soul
and my lungs are nothing but two holes
that collect and collect the growing flood
i'm drowning in you and i know i'm in lovecrazy to think that we're all falling stars
you're falling in mine and i'm falling apart
falling and floating; it all feels the same
fire and ice, stable and insane
when your eyes meet mine i can't breathe
but when i start to love, you start to leave
stuck in a circle of eternity
you're gone and i'm torn at the seams
