"John, shut the fuck up and just do it, you sack of balls," a voice, I think Laf, whispered.
"Don't you mean 'pussy'?" most likely John questioned.
"No. I meant ball sack. It's one punch and you're down, however a pussy can push out a human child, John, so, yes, ball sack," the first voice responded, matter-of-factly.
"Ugh. I hate you sometimes, but fine, I'll do it." Suddenly, I felt my sleeping bag moving. Like I was being pulled out of John's room. "Guys! Pick him up. We can't hit his head."
I felt both ends of my sleeping bag being lifted up now. I was calm. Honestly, I knew I should probably wake up, but I wanted to see where this was going, so I stayed put.
They had picked me up and then they brought me outside onto the roof. Ah, fuck. This would be hell to get back in. And then they closed the window. Shit. looks like it's time to wake up.
"What are you guys doing?" I asked, groggily and sitting up on the roof, noticing all the guys had already gone inside. leaving me alone. "Fuck," I muttered.
Lafayette noticed I had awoken and pointed it out to the other guys. They laughed and left the room. Once they left, I felt rather cold, finally acknowledging the breeze that I kept getting hit with and realized it looked like it was going to rain. Since the boys had locked the window, I had to think of a way to get into the house.
I rolled my sleeping bag and stood atop the roof, desperately trying to see another way to get down from the roof. A few minutes didn't get me very far, however. I could jump, but I'd get hurt, seeing as the only support came from a mini cactus garden directly below me, like who the hell has a cactus patch? My only other alternative, I concluded, was a the flimsy wooden ladder that now was in place of the strong, metal one that was there last night. Not seeing any other options, I decided to go with the latter (and the ladder).
I threw my sleeping bag down to the ground and as I started to climb down, it started to rain. At first it wasn't too bad, but then it started pouring, not too long after. Knowing the boys and knowing they know it was raining, led me to believe they would make me wait to come inside. Despite this, I still knew John had four siblings, three younger than him, probably nicer as well, so I rang the doorbell anyway.
They didn't have a cover over their porch, so I was pretty much stuck in the pouring rain, getting drenched while I waited for my asshole boyfriend, one of my asshole friends, or one of my asshole boyfriend's probably tricked into being an asshole siblings by their asshole brother. John's an asshole.
It probably took about six minutes before someone came to let me in. And it was Mary. She was an adorable little six year old girl with caramel skin, curly brown hair pulled into two pigtails coming out the sides of her head. Her eyes were a gorgeous emerald green, with freckles that looked like someone had taken a brush and lightly patted them on her face. She stared up at me, confusion glossing her face, but she still wore a bright smile, showing me her missing tooth.
"Hi, Alex! John doesn't want me to let you in the house, and I don't know why, but you're nice so I'm letting you in way," she rambled, stepping aside."
I bowed before her, smiling back. "Thank you, kind woman. Your brother didn't want me to come in because he was just being a jerk. It's fine." I slipped past her, and immediately went upstairs to change out of the soaking wet clothes that stuck to my body, and laid out the sleeping bag for it to dry.
As I was in the bathroom dealing with my hair, a knock on the door caused me to take a break. I opened it, only to be faced with Martha. She stepped in the room, taking a seat on the toilet. She placed her hands in her lap, folded over each other, facing me.
