(Ava's POV)
I change into fresh clothes after leaving the shower and I head downstairs to eat breakfast. I look around the house to see I was home alone. I watch some tv but there was nothing interesting giving. I change the channel to the music channel and I sing along to all the songs playing.I have my own karaoke session but it was a little boring on my own. Just as I stop my session I hear my phone ring. I answer the call and it was Rob calling.
"Hi Rob" I greet nicely.
"Hey Ava are you doing anything today?" He asks.
"No I'm not why?" I ask in an excited tone since I didn't mind going out today.
"I've got tickets to a baseball game and I was meant to go with Seth but he's busy tracking his car down with your friend so I was wondering if you would like to come with me" he mentions and I frown but I didn't want to refuse to go with him since he seemed desperate.
"Oh baseball...I'm not really a fan but okay" I accept.
"Great I'll pick you up from your house in an hour bye" he says lastly.
"Bye" I hang up and quickly get changed into a different outfit.
I didn't know what outfit would be appropriate for a baseball game so I decide to pull out any outfit from my wardrobe. I pick a crop top and matching skirt to wear. I put on light makeup and fix my hair nicely.
I hear my doorbell ring, I run down the stairs and skip over to the door to see standing in front of me was Rob in a baseball shirt and cap.
"Hey you look really good" he says as he flashes his wide smile.
"Thanks but I don't look appropriate for the event right" I bite my lip nervously.
"No don't worry you look good if I knew you were gonna dress like that I would've dressed more formal" he says and I chuckle.
"No you look good, very sporty" I compliment.
"Thanks so shall we get going?"
"Yeah" I walk out the house and lock the door before I leave.
We enter his car and he drives off to the arena which took quite some time to arrive there. He parks his car in the parking area and the arena was filled with tons of people. We make our way down to our seats and it was quite close to the field.
"Wow these are good seats" I mention.
"Yeah they are took me a while to find these seats" he says happily.
"You must really love baseball" I say to him.
"Yeah I use to play it a lot as a kid I was the captain of the baseball team in school" he pulls his shirt happily.
"Wow that's good I wish I was sporty" he laughs at me.
"Yeah I think you'd be quite good at baseball" he says as he examines me.
"No I'm not good at any sport" I tell him truthfully.
"It's okay your good at singing so that covers it" we smile at each other.
The game started after an hour and it was extremely long. I had no idea baseball was this intense. A player scores a home run and I jump up and scream in joy for the team.
