While i was walking home Zach called me "hello" i said "hey you said you'd let me smash so lemme smash"he said "ok where you at tho" i asked jokingly "im at the WDW house can you meet me at the corner store so i can ask you somethin" he asked "sure let me tell Logan" i said "ok" he said and hung up. I thought to myself all the questions he could ask me "maybe im one step closer to being Zach Herrons girlfriend, nah he wouldnt date trash like me" i thought downgrading myself with every negative thought i had. I finally got to the corner store and say Zach kicking a rock "hey watcha need Zach" i asked totally worried about what he had to say "i'll tell you as we walk to the house"he said. I nodded trying to hide the nervousness. We started walking Taylor..... I was wondering if maybe you would possibly like to... Go to our concert tonight" he said stuttering between words. I was really hurt because i was hoping he'd ask me out or something "sure" i said through the lump in my throat. "Great!" he said
[Zachs pov]
I was going to ask her out but i dont think she likes me like that. I hung my head down and kicked rocks the rest of the way to the house. I really wanted to make her mine so i could show her off and make her feel special. I slowly looked up and saw her picking flowers from the side of the road and i smiled "someday Zach" i whispered to myself
[Taylors pov]
I saw Zachs head lower down but i couldnt tell if he was hurt or what. I couldnt ask him because if i tried the lump in my throat would stop the words and even if i did ask the tears would start coming down so i ran and picked flowers i noticed him look up and start smiling. I faked a smile to hide the fact that i was hurt. The rest of the walk was silent. We finally got to the house i saw the guys going their own thing. Daniel was playing the guitar, Jack was solving a rubiks cube, Corbyn was well he was being Corbyn, and Jonah was sleeping on the floor. I said hi to them and left.
