Kami's POV
Day Three. I had decided not to watch and I instead decided to look into something. I stayed close to the arena in case I was needed, but I looked around for my family, specifically my cousin Carly.
As I was walking around the top of the arena, I heard a female voice behind me. "Hello, Kamille..." I turned to come face to face with the cousin I was looking for.
Carly was 14 and had long black hair that was always in pigtails, even though the pigtails reached down to her mid thigh. She was wearing a dark blue long-sleeve ball gown with a hat that had a little veil on it covering the eyepatch on her left eye. As always, she had her blue umbrella in case it rained.
"I thought I'd never see you again." Carly said as we hugged.
"Hi, Carly. I wanted to talk to you about a family problem." I explained to her my predicament, what with Chandler undoubtedly planning our fight, Sebastian attacking me, and me and Sting.
"Well, for starters, Mother is arranging your fight. It's going to be right before the Sabertooth-Fairy Tail tag team battle on Day 4. Second, sorry about Bassy. He's just been really difficult lately. Third, your in love Kamille." Carly explained. "I would keep my distance from Sting though. He and Chandler are the same."
"Why is everyone always saying that to me?! Does everyone think I need to be told how to live my life?!" I said, loudly. I didn't really feel like watching the games at all now. "S-sorry, Kamille. I didn't mean to offend you." Carly apologized. "It's fine. You didn't offend me. I just have a lot on my mind." I said. "Hey, you wanna go do something?" I asked Carly.
She smiled at me, a real genuine smile. "Sure. There's this great place in town square they make the best Cronuts!"
"Oh my God, I haven't had a Cronut in years!" I exclaimed.
TIMESKIP
Carly and I spent the day shopping, talking, and eating. For a time, it was just the two of us in a world with no problems."
"Well I should probably go find Sting." I said and started to walk away. Carly shook her head. "Don't come crying to me when you get your heart broken." I laughed and walked to find Sting.
I was looking through crowds and crowds of people looking for one blonde.
Suddenly, someone covered my eyes. "Guess who~?" Someone cooed in my ear. "Hmm, Sting!" I said. He turned me around and captured my lips in a kiss. When we separated I giggled a little. "What's so funny?" Sting asked me, smirking. "You. You're blushing." I giggled again. He covered his face with his hand to hide the pink. I took his hand away, looked at his face, and smiled.
"Sting, I need to speak with your little girlfriend." The female mage known as Minerva said as she came up behind me. Sting's smile fell. "Yes, Milady." Sting left, leaving me with Minerva.
"I just wanted to talk to you about Chandler. I think he's acting for the camera, but he won't talk to me about it." She started talking to me like we were best friends. "Anyway, I just wanted to say, don't go easy on him in your fight." She said and walked away.
"Well, that was odd." I said and went to find Sting.
TIMESKIP
That night I decided to stay with Sting. I needed to talk to him about Day 4's events.
As we were getting ready for bed, I decided to ask the question that has been bugging me.
