(AN: My apologies once again for updating late. For that I made this chapter longer than usual)

-------------------------------

Today was New Year's Eve.

I had waited about 3 days to finally tell my dad what had happened to his car. I'm surprised he hadn't asked about it. Maybe because he hadn't driven it for a while but instead my mom's car. Yet, there remained an empty parking spot and I thought he would notice by that but he didn't.

Plus, I wonder what would happen to the car since I had waited 3 days.

The pole that Ace made me crash into, I had already taken care of. It was now fixed. But what wasn't was my dad's car. It could cost a lot of money to probably repair it. I mean the damage wasn't SO bad but just slightly. Actually no. It was pretty messed up.

I sighed and breathed in and out, expecting for my dad to be mad as soon as I told him what had happened to his car.

I walked into the living room where he was seated reading a book on the couch.

"Hey, dad." I said, taking a seat next to him.

"Hi Maya, you here to watch tv?" He questioned and I shook my head.

"Actually I'm here to tell you something," I said and he looked a bit surprised and set his book down.

"Oh ok. So what is it?" He said in a calm tone, to which would probably turn into a mad one.

I gulped before telling him the news. "Umm okay so please don't be mad but, Iaccidentallycrashedyourcar." I said fast, catching him off guard.

"Huh? You spoke too fast." He said and I nodded, trying to speak next calmer but failed.

"Iaccidentallycrashedyourcar."

"Maya, I don't understand. You accidentally did what?" He said, starting to seem concerned.

"She said that she accidentally crashed your car." We both heard a voice say. It belonged to Max.

My dad and I turned to Max and had our eyes wide. My reason was for 'what the heck dude!' My dads was of total shock.

"You crashed my car? When Maya?" He said in a worried tone, anger not evident in his voice.

"Umm three days ago. It was an accident!" I said putting my hands up in surrender.

My dad had his mouth agape until he smiled and started to chuckle. He was no longer looking at me.

I looked at him with a brow raised, clearly confused at what was happening. I looked up to Max and saw she was just as confused as me.

"Dad? You alright? Why are you laughing? What's so funny?" I questioned.

He kept chuckling until finally, he stopped.

"So you aren't mad?" I said and he shook his head. Now I was taken aback.

"No no, Maya. Well, I am worried about the state my car is in but overall I'm not mad." He said and I sighed in relief until I realized the cost of how much it would be to repair the damage.
