Chapter 17| "I know you like me"

It was night time and I was getting ready to go to bed for tomorrow's 2nd day of classes, when Ace came into our dorm.

He hadn't come the whole day after classes were over. My guess is that he ended up hanging out with the girl from English class.

My thoughts were right as I saw Ace with messed up hair. And red lipstick all over his face and neck.

"Uh hey. You gotta little something on your... face and neck." I said, and he raised a brow, immediately going to our room then coming out.

"It's just lipstick." He said, trying to fix his messed up hair.

"Yea and you should probably wipe it off. Did you two end up having sex or something?" I blurted out not meaning too.

"Sex?" He said, and started to laugh which puzzled me. "Ha. I don't do sex Maya. We just made out and kissed. Besides, how would you know that I was with someone tonight?"

I don't do sex Maya. Were the words I could only think of right now. His bad boy ways. He must've had that as a rule.

"Helloooo. Earth to Maya." I heard Ace say, as he waved a hand in front of me which snapped me back to reality.

"I'm sorry, what?" I said, and he slapped my right cheek lightly which I frowned at.

"I said, how would you know that I was with someone tonight."

Ohh. That. Should I tell him? It's not too much of a risk.

"Hmm. Well in English class, I saw a red head give you her phone number." I said to which he responded with a confused face.

"We have English together? I didn't see you. And oooo. You were looking at me?" He said with a smile to which I face palmed myself.

"Yes I was looking at you. But only because I wanted to see how you'd react or what you'd say to the girl." I said, looking back at him.

"Sureeee." He said. "I know you like me."

I gasped. "I do not!"

He shook his head. "Yes you do."

"No I don't."

"You do."

"No"

"Yes."

"No."

"Fine. Prove it." He said, crossing his arms.

Prove it? How? Do I do a test or something?

"Prove it how?" I said confused.

He grinned. "I'll do a few things and test you to see your reaction. Sound good?"

I gulped. I wasn't so sure about this. What things would he do?

Gahhh. I knew I shouldn't have told him anything about what happened in English! Stupid me said there was no risk to it. But now, look. There is one.

"Uhhh. Okayyy." I said unsure.

"Alrighty." And with that, he removed the shirt he was wearing.

Oh god no.

I gulped once again, starring at his gorgeous body.

My eyes trailed his nice toned body. A blush started to creep my face.

He chucked a little seeing my reaction.

"See, you do like me. Would you like to see some more?" He said, his hands reaching his pants, like if he was going to take them off.

Oh shoot! He was going to take them off! I don't think I could resist anymore of his beautiful body.

Quickly I turned around so I wouldn't face him.

He laughed behind me.

"Awe. Turn around sweetheart."

That, sent chills down my spine. Sweetheart.

I said nothing, and I started to hear his foot steps approaching me. I could now feel the warmth of his body close to me. I slowly breathed in and out. But it became ragged when I felt his breath behind my neck and I closed my eyes.

"How much am I affecting you Maya?" He said in a whisper, his mouth very close to my ear. "Is it enough to prove my point that you do have a crush on me? Hmm?"

I didn't respond, and instead tried focusing on my breathing. I didn't want to show him what he wanted. I was failing so far right now. 

His lips made contact with my ear, and that's when I couldn't take it and made a quick dip away from him.

"Ok looks like I'm right. But nothing to feel bad about Maya. I'm used to this." I heard him say from behind me. "I'm gonna go wash off so you should order pizza for us."

I took a deep breath again and said nothing as I waited for him to leave to the bedroom.

This boy had me so flustered right now. He damn affected me a lot.

I shuddered thinking of how his body was so close to mine. Then, I imagined if his hands were to trail on my skin, kissing on my neck and lips as he removed my clo- The hell was I thinking right now?!

Maya oh Maya. You have a major crush on him.

He was going to be the death of me if things like this ever happened again.
