Will Of The Ocean [Sebastian x reader]

Time

    ~ Eve

      "I looked over to Leo, he was smiling at me, happy that the ritual was finally happening. In less than a day I'll be a demon, but that didn't excite me at all, the fact that we were going to be togheter forever was the thing that made me happy. But that wasn't going to happen...I looked over to Leo and my happy vision ended. A man with white hair, dressed in white and purple eyes like mine put a sword in my lovers stomach, breaking the ritual. Demons can't die because of a simple sword, but this one was special. Leo looked at me with wide eyes, crawling towards me. I tried to run to him, but a sharp pain made me fall to the ground. He crawled at me until he touched my hand, smiling at me. I started to cry loudly when the man finished him with a last hit in the heart. I took my dagger from my poket and tried to kill him, but he turned around and hit me in the eye, leaving a long bloody scar. I fell on my knees in pain and screamed to the sky-"

     -Why you damn bastard! I woke up screaming, full of sweat and blood in my mouth, I bit my lip quite hard. The door opened and a concerned Sebastian came in my room. He saw the blood on my mouth and gasped.

     -What happened Eve? He sat on the chair next to my bed and cleaned my mouth with a handkerchief. I looked over the window, it was already morning. I sighed

     -Nothing, just a bad dream.

     I was sitting in the garden, watching the clouds move, listening to birds, doing everthing to forget about that memory. The gardener, Finni, came to me with a bouquet of liliacs. He gave me the flowers with a big smile. He was such a sweet boy, he remembered what flowers I love. I thaked him with a small smile and he left. I was alone again, but this time I was feeling better. My father used to sing me all the time, so it became a passion for me too. I used to write songs, to dance and read. After my dad died I stopped, it was painful to sing, it remained me of him, but time heals the wound, so I began to write songs again.  I started to whisper a song to myself:

     " Don't you fret, my dear,  it'll all be over soon,  I'll be waiting here for you.  Run fast as you can,  no one has to understand.  Fly high across the sky from here to kingdom come. Fall back down to where you're from -" 

     -Beautiful song, and your voice is lovely. I turned around to see Ciel and Sebastian standing behind me. I blushed and said a thank you. Sebastian looked at me with a content look, maybe he was still worried about my bad dream. Ciel waved a letter in my face.

     -What is that? I asked with a curious expression

     -My fiance asked me to go to her masion tonight, it's her birthday so she is hosting a ball. You will come along, it's a good opportunity to meet new people and investigate the case a little. I looked at him in shock. Me? To go to a ball?

     -My master is not the most sincere person, Eve. He wishes for you to have some fun, he can see too that something is wrong with you, so please come along. Ciel glared at his butler, but he only gave him a smirk. 

     -We are leaving soon, get ready, Sebastian, help her. Ciel said an left, leaving me with the demon. A ball? Do I even have clothes for something like that? I looked at Sebastian with a questioning face, but he only took my hand and guided me inside a room. There was a woman that I never saw.She had long brown hair, glasses and blue eyes. She looked at me smiling, but when she saw Sebastian her face changed into a glare.

     -Eve, this is Karin, she's the one who makes young master's clothes. She will help you with a dress, don't worry. Karin closed the door, leaving Sebastian outside.

     -Now that the idiot is out, she smiled at me, you must be Eve, it's a pleasure to meet you. I bowed and smiled at her. She showed me 4 dresses, but one of them left me speechless. The dress was very simple, nothing like what you see today, no corset, no ruffles. It was a blue and black tea length dress, off the shoulders, with long sleeves.   She saw my reaction and laughed. I took it and Karin helped me with it. 

     -Oh dear, it was made for someone like you. She clapped and jumped around. I looked in the mirror and I felt happy, she was right, this dress was made for me. 

     It was time to leave, I hugged Karin as a thank you and she did the same in response. There was a knock at the door. I opened the door and saw Sebastian, dressed in a more formal butler attire. He looked at me and his face changed from a bored one into a shocked one. Karin saw that and laughed.

     -Beautiful, right butler? She asked with a confident tone. I looked at him and he smirked.

     -Gorgeous I can say. He took my hand and we left.
