Chapter 31

Mac POV
Watching Ariana sleep was the cutest thing I had seen all day. All she even seems to have done today is sleep, but I don't blame her she's ill and sleep always make her feel better.

I turn the channel over and watch more game of thrones, Ari weren't a big fan of it, so I watched it when we weren't together or she was a sleep.

It was 6:07 and Ari hadn't eaten all day and she was still asleep. I didn't mind though because I wanted her to heft better.

Hear a knock at the door and I place Ari down nicely trying not to wake her. I walk to answer the door and notice it's the police.

I open the door
Mac: hello
Police officer: hello, we have some more information, on Ariana's dad is it alright if we come in
Mac: um yh but she's not very well
Police officer: we can come back tomorrow if you want
Mac I'll go and see what she wants to do
Police officer: okay

I walk back to the couch where I left Ari, I give her a little shake and she wakes up "baby the police are here do you want to speak to them now or tomorrow" I ask her "I'll speak to them now

I walk back to the door and let them in

Ariana POV
I sit up in the couch with the quilt wrapped round me.
"Hi Ariana, we have found out a little more on your dad and we though you had the right to know"they say
"Ok what have you found" I ask them with my croaky voice "umm well we got some officers to search his house and we found a gun and the gun was on top of a photo of your mum" they say "omg he was going to kill her that was the bad thing that would have happened" I say "we don't know but we have arrested him and you mum is safe and she told us to let you know that she wants you to enjoy the rest of your holiday" the police officer says "ok thanks for letting me know" "no problem sorry for disturbing you while your not well and enjoy your holiday hopefully we won't have to bother you for the rest of your holiday"

Mac lets them out and he come straight back over to me "I'm so sorry Ari this was meant to be a relaxing holiday" he says while cuddling me "babu it's fine we're safe, they will keep me and my family safe and yours, that's what there here to do" I tell him reassuring him "i know" he says and he cuddles me in the sofa again

Mac POV
"Baby do you want some toast or something little you haven't eaten all day and you need to eat something." I ask her while she is concentration on her phone messaging her mum and brother. "Umm can I have some toast please" she asks nicely and I head to the kitchen and make her some toast, when the toast is done I find that Ariana isn't on the couch anymore, she must be feeling a little better if she's moved by her self.

I place the toast on the coffee table and I walk toward the bathroom seeing if she's in there. I walk in and she's on the  toilet and she blushes straight away "baby there's nothing to be embarrassed about" I smile "Ik" sh says as she wipes her self and flushes the toilet and comes and hugs me.

"It's late so I think we need o get you to eat your toast and then let's go to bed" I tell her and she nods, we go and sit in the couch and she eats her toast while I take the quilt to the bedroom.

She walks to the bedroom and get in bed while I clean her plate and switch everything off. I slide in the bed next to her and wrap my arms around her making sure that she is warm.

Morning came

Ariana POV
I wake up after a full day on sleeping after being ill and I felt much better. I looked over at Mac and he's peacefully asleep. I slide out of bed and walk toward the bathroom and get in the shower.

The shower felt good, even though I normally hate showers when I'm away because it's different water pressure, it felt good to feel clean like a weight had been lifted because I had no dirt on my.

Mac POV
I wake up and find that Ariana isn't in the bed, I hear the shower so I get up and walk towards the shower, and I am delighted I see "morning princess" I say making her jump since I weren't that noisy. "Morning" she says. "How you feeling" I ask her wrapping her in the towel as she gets out the shower." Better thank you babu" she says with a smile on her face. "Good" I give her a quick kiss "can we go out today I don't wanna stay in again" she says and I nod, I let her get changed and I get changed too.

Ariana POV
While Mac is in the shower I sit in the couch checking up on my social media, I post a photo that we got the other days and caption it babu.

Mac walks out the bedroom and he grabs my hand and we head out the door, we go to the arcade, just for some fun.

Mac POV
I took her to the arcade to try and cheer  her up. "I love you Mac" "I love you 2". The day went really well and she seems to be well so when she's happy I'm happy.
