Chapter 63

Mac POV
I wake up uncomfortable as anything but I stayed still just so Ariana would sleep longer. She looked so peaceful and I didn't want to disturb her I know she would have wanted to go home but she also needed sleep.

I led there just thinking until I felt her move "morning babu" she says with a croaky voice. "Morning princess" I tell her. She gets off my chest and I get off the bed and let her move around on the bed since there was no room on the bed.

It wasn't long before the nurse comes in and dismisses us. Ariana slides off the bed and she stands up and hugs me, we called for a taxi since my car was at home and it came to collect us within 15 minutes.

We got into the taxi and Ariana placed her head on my shoulder, and i put my arm round her.

Ariana POV
I was so glad to be out of that hospital I just wanted to see my baby girl. We arrived out side of our house and we payed the driver. We both went inside and I got demanded to the sofa, I was t going to argue with him because I knew he was only looking out for me.

"Would you like me to go and pick Sophia up now or get someone to bring her" Mac asked "I want you to stay, I'm sure my mum will bring her home." I tell him and he get me a drink and comes and sits next to me.

Ari:hi mum can you bring Sophia home
Mum: sure sweetie
Ari: thanks x

I sat cuddled into Mac "baby can we have the fire on" I ask "I'll go set some wood" he says and he gets up. He comes back with some wood and he puts on the fire. He cuddles back into me and we turn on the tv.

"Mummy daddy" we hear as the front door opens. My mum carries her over to us and hands her to me. "How you feeling" my mum asked "good I know what happens now" I tell her "I thought you already did" she asks with a confused look. "When I blacked out they tried to rape me but someone got them off me" I tell her and Sophia gets off my lap on to Macs lap "at least you know now" my mum said and I nod.

"Right Ariana I'm going to go and leave you alone so you can have some rest" my mum says and she gives me a hug. She leaves and Sophia snuggles into us both.

"Ariana I have something to show you and I don't want you to be upset" Mac say and I look at him "what" I ask.

He gets out his phone and opens a video, "my baby girl took her first few steps" I say happily "yes at the hospital wanting to come and see you" Mac tells me "that's so cute, I'm sad I missed it but I'm sure I'll see her walk again" I say and snuggle back into Mac.

We watch at film with Sophia and she was asleep by the end of it.

Mac POV
I get up and take Sophia off Ariana, I take Sophia up into her room and put her in bed since she was asleep. I go back downstairs and sit back down with Ariana, I pull her on to my lap and she lays her head down on my chest. "You okay baby" I ask "yh I'm fine" she says and kisses my lips and puts her head back down on my chest "you wanna watch Bruce almighty" I ask her and she nods her head, I move her aside and put the DVD in and sit back down with her on my lap.

Ariana knows all the words to this film and I think I'm going to know them soon. During the film we heard a knock at the door, I place Ariana on the sofa and get up to go and answer it. I open the door to see Scooter, I let him in and he walk over to the couch where Ariana is. I pull her back on to my lap, "hi Ariana I just came to see if your alright" scooter says "I'm alright" Ariana says "I know you have probably had this question quite a few times but can I ask what happened" Scooter asks and she takes a deep breath and explains what's happened.

Scooter was so supportive and he was so sorry it happened and he left after a while to let Ariana rest.

We carried on watching the film until the end and I let Ariana go check on Sophia.  She didn't take long and she came down with Sophia in her arms.
