Chapter 74

Ariana POV
I wake up to Mac "happy anniversary" he says and I smile I kiss his lips. "I love you" I tell him and he brings me into a hug "Ariana go back to sleep for a bit it's early and I have a surprise but you need to be rested" Mac tells me and I give him a kiss and it was only 6 so I didn't say no but I really wanted mto know what my surprise was. "Baby can you cuddle me till I fall asleep" I ask and he gets back in bed and wraps his arms around me and I smile and slowly drift off to sleep.

Mac POV
Once I know Ariana is surly asleep, I pack a bag and everything we will need for a few days. I take them into the car, I was so excited to tell her what her surprise was she's wanted it for ages and it's time we do it.

I go back inside and pack a bag for the kids. "Daddy what's going on" Sophia asks "its mine and Mommy's anniversary" I say and Sophia smiles "are you taking Mommy away" she asks and I shh her "yes, but don't tell her it's a surprise" I tell Sophia "I won't tell mommy but where am I staying I don't wanna stay alone" she says "your staying with Grandma Joan" I say and she smiles.

"Do you want a bath and then to help me make mommy some breakfast" I ask and she nods, I run the bath water and get her out a cute outfit.

I made sure the bath was at the right temperature and I helped her in and washed her and washed her long brown hair. Sophia throws bubbles all over me and I just laugh and I rise the shampoo out of her hair and her her change.

"What should we make mommy for breakfast" I ask Sophia "and don't say pancakes mommy won't be happy if we feed her that" I tell her and she makes a sad face "fruit mommy loves fruit" she says and I smile and we go downstairs and make Ariana some fruit "Sophia would you like some fruit for breakfast so you can stop eating Mommy's breakfast" i ask and she nods and I hand her the plate with some fruit on and place her at the table and I decorate the plate with fruit and spell out I love you Princess.

Sophia hands me the plate and I wash it and we head upstairs to wake Ariana up. "Mommy" Sophia says jumping up and down on the bed. "Hey sweetie" she says giving her a hug and then she looks at me and she gasps at what she sees "I love you thank you" she says and I hand her plate and she eats up, "mommy daddy's t-" Sophia starts "treating you to breakfast in bed" I carry on the sentence before she could say what she was going to say.

Ariana POV
I wonder what Macs up to, he's even got Sophia in his little secret. I get out of bed and go and we in the shower and he has already got my clothes and a towel and there is a note how did I know you were gonna have a shower, because I love you
I smile at the note and I get in the shower and wash myself and I get changed into the clothes he had got out for me. I walk down stairs and hand him a box and he opens it "omg Ari I love it" he say pulling me into a hug, it wasn't anything big it was just something to remind him of me and the kids and what we love to do.

I go and wake the twins up since they were still sleeping and I feed them. "Ariana we need to go we need to go to your mum" Mac says and I could be bothered to ask why and I fastened the twins into the car and we drive to my mums.

"I'll grab the kids" Mac says and I walk slowly to the door and I open it and my mouth drops "you like it baby" he asks and I nod I couldn't speak. "Here's a card" he says and I open it

Dear sweetest Ariana,
We have been through a lot
And I couldn't ask for anything more than to love you more and more everyday
You have given me love support help and 3 beautiful kids what else could I ask for
And the adventures with you have been the best of my life
And for our anniversary we are taking a break

"Baby" I say jumping into his arms "happy anniversary" my mum says waking out and I smile, I had a tear in my eye but I wiped it away. "Ariana what does the last line say" he asks "we are taking a break" I say "wait really" I say realising what he was saying "yh your mums taking care of the kids" he says and I give him a kiss.

"Right you 2 go and enjoy your break I have it all under control." My mum says and I give Sophia a hug and a kiss and the twins and so does Mac and we walk out the door. We sit in the car and I kiss his lips "I love you Mac" I say and we drive away.

I had not idea where we were going but I saw a sign "babu are we going to the same place we went to a few years ago" I asks "which one" he asks "the place we had to get the police" I say and he nods "we are but this times going to be much better" he says and I knew it would be because we had not drama going on.

Mac POV
Ariana's face was a picture her smile stayed on her face and I checked us in and we arrived at the lodge, I grab the suitcase and we walk inside. "You recognise it" I ask "is it the same place we stayed last time same lodge" she says "yes" I say and place the suitcases down and pick her up and and kiss her lips. "I love you I love you I love you" she says showering me in kisses "let's not get too carried away let's go and explore" I say and she smile "can we go to the special point where the nice sunsets at" she asks and I nod I change her round so that she on my back and I carry her like this until we reach the spot.

We lie down on the grass watching the sunset, Ariana lays her head on my chest and by the time the sun has set she's is kissing me.

I got carried away with myself and was rubbing her but I stopped realising where we were and I pick her up and we walk back to the lodge "baby this has been the best day ever" she says with a massive smile "I'm glad you liked it" I say as I open the door to the lodge.

Ariana disappears to get change and I lock the door and close all the curtains and I walk into the bedroom to find Ariana just in underwear.

I walk over to her and get on the bed and give her a hug and we bring to kiss once again, I start to run her again and I can tell she's trying to hold out moaning "baby let me hear you" I say as I kiss her neck. "Malcom" she whispers.

I remove myself her and clean her up and wrap my arms around her and she relaxes into the cuddle "I don't deserve you" she says looking at me in the eyes "you do" I say kissing her nose as she falls asleep. "I love you Malcom" she says that was her last words of the day "I love you 2 Ariana" I tell her back and she was asleep.

I'm surprised how well Ariana dealt with leaving the kids with her mum but I'm sure she will miss them tomorrow I know I will.
