WHAT WAS I THINKING? I've only known him for almost 2 days and I almost kissed him!? I must be out of my mind! He must be regretting meeting me. But on the plus side,
Maye's birthday!? 7 days. Sounds like it would be a great horror movie. Wink wink. I grabbed Lin's hands and squeezed it as tight as possible. "Uhh, that hurts a lot!" Lin sounded so calm it was unbelievable! "I'm sorry! I'm pressuring myself. Can you come with me to the nearest mall?" I said, some how out of breath. (I didn't even do anything that tired me out.) "But her birthday's in 7 days? Can't you buy it tomorrow?"

"No. 7 days is like 7 minutes to me. Let's go!" He picks up the basket and the blanket and stuffed it at the back. He opened the car door for me. Half way stepping inside, he pecked me on the cheek. After putting my seat belt on, I pressed my hand on the spot he kissed me. I had only one- thought before the slaughter... just kidding! Question in my mind. Why?

Why does he like me? I don't even look good. And some how he also likes my personality!? Does that patch of ice make people fall in love or something? Get it???Wait. Have I fallen in love!? I looked at him, I can see the rush in his eyes. The sudden change of plans had
Tensed him up. I frowned. When he closed the back door, I hugged him and stroked his hair." Breathe, Lin. You put too much stress on yourself. I should be the one who stresses out. You don't even know her." I felt Lin's tense shoulders die down. He sighs " Although that may be right, if they're anything like you, I should worry too." His arms wrap around my waist, showing me that he was okay.

After the hug, we walked to the car. Then, we drove to the nearest mall. I texted Lin the coordinates to the party so he could come with me...
Surprisingly, he asked me if he can come with me. I don't mind. Just buds, right?

__mall time__

Once Lin found a parking spot, he immediately walked out of the car. I was still unbuckling my seatbelt. He opens the door for me and responds with " Mon Amie." With a surprisingly good accent.Daveed, I see you. Better not kill Lin. We walked to the mall, hands tangled with each other. We found the main doors. When Lin opened it, we were met by a few fans. They were really jumpy and asked a lot of questions. Then they noticed how Lin and I were holding hands. A fairly small girl comes up to us and finally asked. "How long have you two been dating?" We looked at each other. Then we let go of each other's hands. He rubbed the back of his neck, and I looked down at my feet, both of us were trying to hide all the red from our faces. The fans started jumping up and down, they were all letting out squeals of happiness. Then they started chanting, "I ship it" like it was some sort of ritual. After the crowd died down, we started looking for a shop that Maye and I buy our accessories. Pandora. We don't really buy anything, but the jewelry there is phenomenal. I have been saving up for a best friends half heart rings. Each ring had half a heart. One had a blue tint, and the other red. Each our favourite colour. While looking for it, I saw Lin eyeing a bracelet that matched the necklace I am wearing right now. I run towards him and tell him that I have found a necklace, and that we could check out the stuff that we were going to get. At the check out, I gave the nice staff lady the two rings. "105.50 ma'am" I sighed. I pulled out my credit card. I was just about to tap the grey machine, when Lin swooped in and used his instead! "I'll be paying for both of ours." Lin said, looking at me with those intelligent eyes of his. I kinda whisper screamed " Lin, that's too expensive!". Lin smiled back at me. "It's okay. I got it covered." He whispered back. "You guys are the cutest couple I've seen!" The cashier said. Instead of looking away from each other, we looked at each other. We waved goodbye to the nice lady and walked to a dessert bar. "One milk shake to go please." Lin says. It's a good thing that I didn't spend any more of his money. While waiting for the milkshake, Lin showed me this cool game called chopsticks "Okay now ju- how did you beat me again!?" Lin says happy-whining. I chuckled at Lin's childish spirit. For that, he traded a smile. "One large milkshake!" The man at the counter shouted. Lin stood up and went to go get the milkshake. I saw him get his straw and... mine? "Share?" Lin kindly offered. "Lin I-" "I insist." Lin says in a gentleman like manner. We both held the drink. Drinking at the same time, his forehead touched mine. When we got to the car, I put the little bag that held Maye's present in my purse. I was kind of thirsty but instead of trying to reach the bottle, since it was basically right in front of Lin and I, I just had to move my head slightly to the front. Little did I know that Lin was also going to take a sip.

We both moved our heads towards the drink, causing our lips to connect.
