I woke up to the sound of water droplets hitting against a screen. Lin's probably using the bathroom outside. I got up and went to his washroom. Little did I know that Lin wasn't using the one outside.

Surprisingly, he didn't see me, because of the curtains. I tried to look away as much as possible.(even though the curtains were blocking him) I was panicking. I was hyperventilating, and my heart was beating fast. Between my heart pounding out of my chest, I heard Lin, singing. It sounded, perfect. He was singing along to It's Quiet Uptown, a song that we were supposed to practice tomorrow. "She takes his hand." Without thinking, I started singing along. "It's quiet uptown." Lin stopped singing. It was silent for a few seconds. All I could hear was the pitter-patter of the water. Lin slowly opened the curtain. We were looking at each other eye to eye. "Well, we've both seen each other naked now, so we're even." Lin reverted his head back into the shower. I was confused, but just walked out of there.

I was texting Jordyn about why I wasn't home last night. She started freaking out about how I slept with Lin, aka, she thought it in a bad way. I tried to calm her down, telling her that I just slept here, I didn't leave my dignity here. Lin was done taking a shower. As usual, he acted like he forgot the whole incident. He was whistling to Blow Us All Away. It took him about 2 minutes to realize that I was there. Man, was he bad at realizing stuff. He looked at me, and waved. "You can go take a shower if you want. Just use the clothes I have here." He grabbed a pair of short shorts, that somehow fit me, and a giant blue shirt. "I don't have any, uhh.-" "Yeah, I'll just use the same bra." He shrugged it off, and tossed me a towel. Not the towel he has on, you dirty minds.

After that hot and relaxing shower, I got dressed in his washroom, because I'm using the towel for my hair. I walked out, and tied the end of the shirt so it would fit me. Lin looked at me, his eyes were fixed on mine. "Hold on, my bra straps are kind of-" "Lemme fix it." Lin stood up and fixed the strap from the back. It took quite a long time though. Oh well, he doesn't wear them.

I grabbed my stuff and neatly folded them into my duffle bag. Just kidding, I stuffed it in there. We headed down to Lin's car.

He drove me back home. When I stepped off, Lin tapped my shoulder. "Say hi to Jordyn for me, and bring her this." He took out a little gift from his pocket, and a small cake in the other hand. "Thanks Lin!" I went upstairs.

I slowly put my keys through the hole, so it wouldn't make a sound. It was opened by another force from behind it. "SHEEPLE." Jordyn yelled at my face. She looked down and saw the cake and the little present. She snatched it out of my hand. "Uhh, happy birthday." She took the lid off of the small box. Little did she know, there were 10 ten dollar bills crammed in there. At the bottom, there was a note. It said,." Jordyn, every time you look at a 10 dollar bill, remember me. Happy birthday.

She was crying now.  I also gave her the present I got her. Well, not gave, but brought. When we went shopping, I ordered something. Fortunately, they're ready today. I brought Jordyn to the pet store.

She was blindfolded, AND I made her put on headphones, that played the loudest music I have in my playlist on repeat, so she had no idea what I was giving her. The nice cashier guy gave us change. "Thank you! Come again! Take care of her!" Jordyn's eyebrows made confused signs." Her?"
I let her hold it. "It's a rat!" She took the blindfold off. It was a green cheeked conure. She had the best look I've ever seen come out of her. She was petting it, the soft feathers, the shiny beak, she had always wanted a pet bird. "I also bought food, bird cages, all that stuff that the bird needs. I also had a DNA testing for it, and It's a girl!"
Jordyn hugged me, but left the cute little conure on the other hand so she wouldn't squish her. I drove us home, Jordyn petting her new bird. Guys, leave a comment on what her name should be. I wanted it to be Luna, but then it's a bird, sooooo you guys choose.

I fed the bird some fruits, because I heard that they were good for them. Also, that was pretty much the only food I have for birds, except for cereal, but I'm not waisting my cereal. I gave her an apple cube and she made little marks on it. Jordyn walked up to me, she was on the phone with someone earlier."Y/n, I have some bad news..." Jordyn was smiling, but her eyes were trying to hold back tears. "I'm going to visit Canada, for 2 months... and, that means I have to leave you with her.." I dropped the cube beside the conure and hugged her." I'm so happy for you! You've always talked about Canada, and you're finally going! Don't worry, I'll be good here." Now I was trying to hold back tears. She gave me the keys to her car, since she won't be able to bring it with her to Canada, and she can't bring her new pet bird either... I had to take care of it. She was leaving after my practice tomorrow. I'll drop her off. We let the bird fly around the house during nighttime, since she doesn't have a cage yet, but we made sure to lock all the doors and windows, and we also left some strawberries out.
