This was definitely one of my favorite concerts I've ever been to. I was in fourth grade I believe? I went with my friend Maddie to this show. This was the first "official" concert I've ever been to, not including local artists.
The Script and The Authors opened and it was amazing. It was at an outdoor venue. I can remember me not knowing many of the songs, but enjoying it nonetheless, singing as loud as I could to ones I did know. They had confetti cannons! It was such an amazing night.
I wore a ridiculous outfit there: a cat with nerd glasses and space around it shirt and galaxy pants I believe. Absolutely terrible. But hey, I was in fourth grade, what could you expect? I had a blast.
I chose a The Script tour shirt- nothing of One Republic, dumb me- and two One Republic rubber bracelets. I was so amazed by this concert, that it spiked my motivation to actually put forth motivation to becoming a musician. I started actually practicing my guitar "homework" from my lessons and started writing songs. This night was a blast.
