*Demi's POV*
The next day was Shapeshifting day and we practised it. I was really good at it. Then it was a half term and we saw Mom and my Auntie. We showed them our shapeshifting.
"I can do it faster!" I said.
*Winter's POV*
Later that day we went to a sport hall and raced every other shapeshifter. I was fourth. Leah, a cheetah shapeshifter, was first.
Demi was tenth. The slowest was a male bird shapeshifter in the first year. He hurt his wing in the last few minutes and had to shapeshift back into a human. Anya was second. After that we had a meal and then our parents went home.

We went back to the dorm and chatted about shapeshifting. We ate and then a boy came into our dorm and introduced himself and shapeshifted into a white tiger.
Anya's cousin, Leah (not the same Leah who won the race) could shapeshift into a white tiger too. She was in our dorm too. Then we watched a movie or two l and before I knew it, I was asleep.
