"Elena! Wake up your going to be late!" My mom screamed and I immediately shot up. "Shit!" I said and got up out of bed. How could this happen! I never sleep through my alarm clock! I grabbed my phone and saw that I didn't sleep through it I just forgot to set one. Great just great. Deciding to skip breakfast and to not take a shower, I put on some jeans and a random sweater. It seems like I won't be wearing any make up today either. After I brushed my teeth, I grabbed my car keys and got in my car to drive to school. Luckily, I still had some time left to copy the homework I was planning on copying this morning from Ashley. I usually don't copy someone's work but today I really had no other choice.

I barely made it on time for my first period and immediately sat down. Honestly I didn't really know what I had now, the only thing I looked at was in which classroom I had to be. "Hello." The girl who sat next to me said and I gave her a small smile. "Hi, Lucy." I said and with that our conversation ended. Well if you could even call it a conversation. Lucy was a nice girl and yeah she's friends with Rose and Ashley but she's a little bit too shy and quite for my liking.

"Good morning class!" Our teacher said and I smiled. I absolutely love miss. Adams. Not only is she amazing and sweet, she also teaches social studies which is one of my favorite classes. "Today you and your neighbour will work on this worksheet. By the end of this hour you will hand it in and you will be graded so take this seriously." She said and handed us the paper. It only took us about 30 minutes to finish the worksheet so I used the remaining time to do some work for my other classes.

"Alright everyone! It's time to hand in your paper! Now before you all go I have something to say. You will be doing a big project on human behavior. You will be working in pairs of two but not with you neighbour. You will need to get to know this person and spend a lot of time together. I want to know the little things about your partner and when I say this, I don't mean his or her favorite color or food. That's too easy. I want to know things that you can't ask. You have to observe your partner and find our their habits. There are some papers on my desk. Everything I said and your partner are on their. Good luck." She said and everyone let out a groan except from me, of course. I thought this was amazing and a nice way to get to know a person.

I walked toward the desk and started searching for my name but once I found it I regretted it already. No. You have got to be kidding me?! I took a deep breath and walked out of the classroom in anger. I'm not going to do this project with Luke. No fucking way. I didn't even know he was in my class? That must be because he never shows up.

I didn't really have to worry about getting a bad grade though. I've known Luke my entire life so I don't really have to observe him anymore. I sighed while making my way towards my locker to get my books for the next period but just my luck, it wouldn't open. Today seriously wasn't my day. I slammed my head against the locker and let out a load groan. I was so close to saying fuck you all and going home.

"Do you need help with that?" A husky voice spoke behind me causing me to jump in surprise. I turned around only to be greeted by a guy with brown hair styled in a quiff, perfect white teeth, a strong jawline and beautiful blue eyes. I didn't realize I was staring until he cleared his troth. My cheeks turned a bright shade of red and he let out a chuckle. "Here I'll do it." He slammed his hand against the locker and it immediately opened. "You should go to the front desk and ask for a new one. I had this one last year and it always gets stuck." He smiled and I nodded. "Thank you so much. My name's Elena." I said and he smirked. "Yeah I know. I'm Christian." I smiled politely and shook his hand. "Euh do you mind if I walk you to class?" He asked scratching the back of his neck and I let out a laugh. "I definitely wouldn't mind." I replied and he bit his lip. Oh god.

"What class do you have now?" I asked once we reached the classroom. "Physics." He replied with a smile and I looked at him in disbelief. "But that's one the other side of the school? You're going to be late if you don't hurry up." I said and he shrugged. "Yeah I'll probably be late but it was worth it but yeah, I have to go now. See you at lunch?" He asked and I nodded before he turned around and left, not forgetting to send me one last cheeky wink and smile.

"I see he grew a pair and talked to you." Someone laid a hand on my shoulder and I flinched, resisting the urge to scream. "Elena are you alright? You look pale and you flinched when I touched you." Rose looked at me with a questioning look and I swallowed the lump in my troth. "No no I'm fine! I swear. You just startled me, that's all." A look of hesitation crossed her eyes but she let it go and continued the conversation. Whenever someone touches me, I always flinch and get these awful flashback. I always try to suppress them and act like it was nothing while in fact it killed me inside.

"So what did Christian say to you?" She asked excitedly once we got to our seats and I frowned. "Wait, do you know Christian?" I asked and she looked at me as if I came from another planet. "God Elena. Are you that oblivious? He's the guy I was telling you about yesterday." She laughed and I raised my eyebrows. "It's not my fault I didn't realize it was him. You didn't tell me he was hot!" I argued and she gave me a look. "Yes I did." I rolled my eyes in a childish way and she shook her head laughing. Okay maybe she did tell me he was hot and maybe I kind of didn't believe her. "Alright, alright. You did." I admitted and she laughed. "Well... don't just sit there and stare at me! I need details girl!" She squealed and I shushed her when everyone turned o look at us. "Calm down! You don't have to scream. Nothing much happened. He helped me open my locker and then he walked me to class even though he had physics. Oh and he asked me if I wanted to sit with him during lunch today." I blushed at the thought of him. "Oh my god! You are so cute! I can feel it, you're going to be the cutest couple of the school and everyone's OTP. Then you're going to marry and have beautiful little babies and I can proudly say that that all happened because I set you two up." She squealed once again and I let out a loud laugh which caused us to get a warning by the teacher. This girl was something else.

"So what's your favorite food?" Christian asked and I smiled. "Pizza obviously!" I claimed and he laughed. "God I didn't expect you to be so mainstream but I do have to agree with you." He said and I smiled even though it felt as if the whole school was staring at us. Yeah, I found out that Christian was quite popular. That and that he would rather have lunch with me then to sit with his friends, cute right? "I honestly don't care if it's mainstream! Pizza is just heaven." He chuckled in response. "Well if you love pizza so much, maybe I should take you to this place where they have the best pizza's ever. Not even kidding." He smirked and I shrugged. "Maybe you should." I replied sheepishly and he smiled. "Alright I will so what about Friday." He asked and I shrugged. "Yeah I'm free Friday." I replied and he nodded. "Alright! It's a date! I'll pick you up at 7." I had to urge to scream and have one of those typical fangirl moments because I was actually going on a date. "Okay." I answered and bit my lip. Looks like today did turn out to be amazing.
