Update on my co-worker:
So this morning I was walking in one of the many hallways and I came across him. (Okay it was the hallway in like the desk area so it makes sense I ran into him there). And he said goodmorning to the woman behind the desk. Right at that point I was close to him and he looked at me and did one of those half smiles. I legit freaked out but managed to get outside so he wouldn't see me. Guys, what to do?!
