Dear Mama

"This is getting ridiculous," Suho said, his face only an inch from his screen. The others looked up from what they were doing, looking to where their leader sat on the couch.

"Is this about the Mama thing?" Kris asked, giving a sigh when Suho nodded.

"I can't believe people took it seriously," Tao said, swinging his katana around. "It's just a music video."

"Some say we're aliens," Chanyeol said, smirking.

"Yeah," Luhan laughed, looking up from his book. "I heard that we're a race of vampires. If we need more members-"

He took Baekhyun's wrist and bit it. Baekhyun squeaked and smacked Luhan on his head.

"You jerk!" He spat. "This vampire's eyeliner needs to be perfect!"

The members laughed, and Baekhyun gave a fake pout before turning back to his mirror.

"It's not funny," Suho said, tossing his phone away. "If this continues, people will start being afraid of us. We'll lose popularity."

Kris smiled and took his hand. "You worry too much. Afraod of us? It's just a music video, like Tao said. Besides, we have other video's that'll make them forget about this one."

Suho smiled and Kris kissed his fingers, like he always does. He could always rely on EXO-M's leader for comfort.

"Why do you think the fans took it so seriously?" Xiumin thought out loud, walking to the kitchen table with a platter of food in his hands.

"Maybe because we did so well in it," Chen said, placing plates on the kitchen table for all the members.

"Yeah. Those effects were pretty good." Kai said as he jabbed the punchbag. "And our acting skills paid off; including yours, D.O."

D.O pretended to not notice Kai's wink as he entered the room with a skillet of meat. He observed the table with owl eyes then nodded in thanks at Xiumin and Chen.

"Dinner's ready!" Kyungsoo announced. The others got up from their spots and headed to the table. They all sat down just as Lay walked in. He seemed annoyed.

"I can't believe it!" He sat down with a huff. "I just heard some interesting news; there're more fanfics about us being super humans in Mama then all of our ships combined!"

Suho choked on his meat. He coughed furiously and D.O patted him on the back. Kris rubbed his temples, giving a sigh as he rubbed Suho's back as well.

"What did I say?" Suho coughed. "It happened! This is out of control- ow... pass the water Xiumin..."

"I can't believe people can be so stupid!" Sehun muttered, helping himself to rice.

"Guys, guys!" Chen said, holding his hands out. "Look; we did a good job on Mama. Everyone liked the song, the backstory, everything! That's why people are making fanfics and... whatever else they do with it! I'm sure it's just because it's popular."

That made everyone a bit happier. Chen always knew how to make the mood brighter, and today was no exception.

"Here," Kris suddenly piped up. "How about a fun trip to the annual fair?"

"A fair?" Tao and Sehun said in harmony, both immediately interested.

"Yeah." Kris nodded. "It's a yearly event, and I heard there are some new rides this season."

"That sounds like a great idea!" Suho said, smiling. "Good thinking, Kris!"

"Can we go tomorrow?" D.O asked everyone. "I'm pretty sure we're all free."

"Yeah, I agree," Luhan said, nodding. The others gave their approval.

"This'll be awesome!" Tao said, smiling. "What can possibly go wrong at a fair?"
