Peridot's POV
Yes! Finally ready! Now we just need to meet with the gang! Lapis leads me to her car and turns on more My Chemical Romance. I genuinely enjoy her music taste. Who knew she would like this kind of music. So unique. She's also very talented at singing and art. What's not to love?
We arrive at the part and walk in the building. Already about thirty people there and it just started. I see the gang waiting for us and I wave to them from the other side of the room. I hold Lapis's hand and we walk towards everyone.
"Hey guys!" Lapis says in a perky tone. "You guys look great!" Sapphire says and everyone else nods. "Thanks you guys do too!" I say and Lapis smiles. "I've gotta use the restroom" Lapis says while squirming around. "Okay meet me after so we can dance!" I smile as she nods and rushes to the bathroom. A slow song turns on and everyone gets with a partner. I would be spending this dance with Lapis. Meh there will be plenty more slow dances.
"I'm going to get something to eat!" I shout over the loud music. I run over to the table that has lots of food punch and beer on it. I was about to grab something but then some random guys grabbed me and slammed me against the wall.
"Ngh.. L-LET GO OF ME YOU CLOD!" I yell. Going unnoticed by everyone. The blaring music blocked my voice. Suddenly he leans in and kisses me and I squirm.
I see Lapis exit the bathroom. Please don't come over here... please don't come over here please don't come over here.... the stranger kisses me again and Lapis walks over near me and I see her wide eyed with tears rolling down her face.
