Chapter 6: can't seem to forget you Kol

Mia's p.o.v

'Would it be such a bad thing if we slept at the Salvatore's tonight? Elena is throwing a sleepover with me and Bonnie and I'm not leaving you in this house alone after what happened with klaus' Caroline spoke. We've been arguing for ten minutes now.

'Oh I don't know if I should be in a house full of vampires' I raised my eyebrow.

'Oh c'mon you've known them forever, you'll have a room for yourself and you can stay in it, besides Bonnie will let you read her grimoire' caroline sighed.

'Fine' I gave in.

'Thank you' she answered.

'No more secrets' I told her.

'I promise' she swore.

'We should pinky swear on that one' I said as she laughed.

'How lovely of you Elena to throw that party' damon sassed.

'Oh c'mon damon, we need a girls night' Elena smirked.

'Yup, I'm gonna head to the grill' damon said.

'I think I'll come with you' Stefan replied.

'Ooh I wanna come too' I grinned walking over to damon.

'No you're not, we're meeting up with Alaric, which involves us getting drunk and I don't feel like babysitting' damon told me.

'Hey that's rude, you know I just turned-' I started but he interrupted me.

'Yes, seventeen, you've been saying that over and over again' he rolled his eyes.

'You know what I'll just stay in my room, you guys are mean' I glared at them.

'And by your room you mean mine right?' Stefan raised his eyebrow.

'No I'm stealing Damon's' I smirked.

'Wait what' damon snapped.

'You have a really nice Jacuzzi' I noted. 'Go to your bar thing' I laughed as Elena and Bonnie were dying to laugh.

'Don't push it kid' damon glared at me.

'Oh it's so easy to make you mad' I grinned.

'Bye' he rolled his eyes before leaving, Stefan chuckling behind him.

'Well you know how to piss off a Salvatore' Bonnie giggled.

'Runs in the fam' Elena smirked at Caroline who laughed.

I went upstairs to my, I mean Damon's room...well I was actually making him a favor now he'll just sleep in Elena's room...and sat on the bed as I opened my laptop and started checking my mails.

My phone started buzzing, I got up and answered it.

'Hello?' I said.

'Mia' I knew this voice instantly.

'Kol? How did you get my number?' I asked surprised.

'Probably compelled your friend Matt Donavan to give it to me' he laughed.

'Wait so you're at the grill right now?' I questioned.

'Was' he replied. 'Look down your window' he said before the line went off.

I slowly walked towards the window, and did as I was told. And there I saw none other than Kol Mikaelson standing there smirking at me.

'Oh my god' I said placing my hands on my mouth.
