I'm sorry if I completely alliterated your notifications, it wasn't intentional but it was necessary.

I've decided to enter this story in the 2017 Watty awards along with another one of my stories called Dysfunctional.

Ego, I decided to edit and tweak this a little bit. I've mostly just edited over what I had before, adding stuff and I think I might've taken a few things out but for the most part, it's still the same. Although, I'm happy with the small changes. For now. Knowing me I'll look at this again in a year and do this all over again.

But anyways, thank you so much for all the reads and votes and adding this to your lists. I feel connected to this book in a sense, I wrote it and all, but knowing you guys also appreciate or acknowledge it in any form really just pumps my nads.

I doubt I'll get a watty, I actually think I may have submitted too late but either way, fuck it. I still want to enter this since I'm proud of it. Plus there's always next year, and I might just write a sequel.

That being said, I changed the title from "higher power" to "lesser power" to leave room for that possible sequel. It's not definite, but if someone encourages it or this continues getting noticed I just might write one.
