Hope's pov
we're in the car. I'm so nervous to see my new school, new mentor and even my new class. What if they don't like me? Whaf if i ruin it? While i'm in the car i'm scrolling trough instagram.
Then i see that i got tagged in a picture from Ellie, she posted a picture of us with the words:
Old memories with Hope. Come back please we all miss you.😘❤❤
I get tears in my eyes.
Shawn sees it and puts his hand on my leg.
I'm starting to feel uncomfortable and pull my leg away. In all disgust i look at Shawn.
Shawn's pov
Why is she always looking angry at me i'm really trying to help her. I gave her an old phone so she can keep talking to her friends. I even gave her a new home. We get out of the car and walk towards the school. I grab Hope's hand and hope she won't let go. To my surprise she's holding my hand. We look at eachother and walk into the school.
We walk to the administration and ask the way to the director's office. The woman behind the counter says that we need to wait here and the director will call us in. Hope keeps staring at her phone the whole time. Then the director is coming. Hope and i stand up and give him a hand. We follow him to his office and get a long explanation about the school. If we're done the director will bring Hope to her new class and i'm going to the studio.
When i get there i need to show him the song that i wrote, the song is named stitches. I finally can sing it at a real record label. I'm so happy at the moment my life can't be better.
Hope's pov
I follow the director to my class. I'm so nervous. I walk into the class and need to introduce myself.
"Hello my name is Hope Van Hout, But the last name of my guardian is Mendes.
I'm 15 years old.
I love korfball (a Dutch sport), singing and playing guitar.
And i'm originally from the Netherlands."
The teacher is asking if there are any questions. A few people raise their hands.
"HAHAHA VAN HOUT WHAT'S THAT FOR LAST NAME." a boy says with a accent. A girl responds reallyfast and says: "She's saying that she's Dutch so shut up, then you can understand that it's a Dutch last name!!!
The teacher is letting me sit next to the girl who defended me.
The bell is ringing and we have school break.
The girl who defended me takes me with her and lets me sit next to her.
While all her friends are very busy witg things the girl tells me her name is Luna. We have a whole conversation and Luna asks my number. She tells me that she played korfball too. "Nice i didn't know that they play that here" i think.
Luna unlocks her phone and i see her background.
That picture looks really familliar. I see myself on the picture and suddenly i remember it, Luna was in my old team in Holland!!!!
