You know, every time I listen to Carry on Wayward Son in public, I feel obligated to tell people I'm a Supernatural fan and not a classic rock fan. Like, don't get me wrong, I enjoy classic rock every now and then, but I'm being honest here. That's not why I'm listening to that song. I'm listening to it because of freaking Supernatural. Plus, I'm not really sure if I like Carry On Wayward Son just because it's a good song (because it really is a great song) or if I only enjoy it because it's a big part of Supernatural.
And on the other hand, if I'm listening to Hamilton in public, I feel obligated to tell people EVERYTHING ABOUT IT. I'll be all like "yeah so then Hamilton who is played by Lin Manuel Miranda who also wrote Into the Heights and also the Moana songs had a child named Philip who was played by Anthony Ramos who also played John Laurens, who is Hamilton's best friend but also secret boyfriend before he died but then Philip also dies but wouldn't it be so weird to die twice in one night?" And so on so on.
And I wonder why people think I'm weird
