Dakota pov
Kody went to find the others as I had a few more drinks "hey there" a really hot guy smirks "Damon Salvatore, what an unpleasant surprise" I smirk "who are you" he asks confused "the question you should be asking is to not tell Klaus that Elena is still breathing" I smirk, he grabs me by the neck tightly.
"Big mistake" I grin snapping his wrist, he lets go hissing in pain "who the hell are you" he spits "Dakota Mikaelson, so show some respect" I growl making his jaw drop "Dakota?!, are you the Dakota" he asks smirking "what?, Kody told you" I ask wide eyed "every little memory, he still talks about you, even in his journal" Damon chuckles.
"I'm sorry about Stefan" I frown "your not like Klaus at all" He says amused "shut up, I'm not heartless like everyone thinks every Mikaelson is" I huff annoyed "where's Stefan and Kody" he asks seriously "with Klaus & Rebekah" I said annoyed "you really like Kody, don't you" he says raising an eyebrow "tell him and I swear I'll throw you into a river" I threaten.
Damon left as I scull another drink before going to the old warehouse to find Kody pinned to the wall by Niklaus "your going to forget about my sister and leave until I say you can return" Klaus compels "NO" I yell as Rebekah holds me back with sad eyes, Kody vamp sped out the door looking empty as I cry into Rebekah's shoulder.
"Dakota, he wanted to take you from us" Niklaus spits "Nik, its called love" Rebekah snarls "its pathetic" he growls before storming away with Stefan following him "no its not" she whispers to me "I'll see you in a few days" I said and vamp sped to the alley way beside the bar to see Elena Gilbert and Damon about to leave.
"Damon" I nod "What are you doing here and why are you crying" he asks "Klaus compelled Kody to forget about me" I sob and he pulls me into his arms "where is he" He asks angrily "Gone, Klaus made him leave" I croak "who's she" Elena asks confused "Dakota, Klaus's sister but she's good" he says "hi" I said sniffling "hi" she says looking startled.
"Come on, you can stay at the boarding house in Kody's room" he smirks an we hop in his car with me in the back "so is there a bar there" I ask "the Mystic Grill is ok I guess" Damon smirks driving off "good" I said smugly "wait she's Dakota" Elena grins widely "yep" Damon says popping the 'p'.
"Did Kody tell everyone about me or something" I ask amused "he never shut up about you" Elena says annoyed "he felt bad about leaving, you should know that" Damon frowns "did he ever say why he left" I ask softly "he thought you deserved better" Elena says sighing "after almost a decade of living with me, I'm surprised he actually stuck around" I chuckle.
"His always loved you" Elena says smiling softly "I know, I never stopped loving him" I said laying down wiping my eyes "you should get some sleep, you look exhausted" Damon says "it was a very eventful day" I grumble before slowly drifting into a deep sleep.
