Dakota pov
I wake up groaning as sun hit my eyes gruesomely burning my poor eyes "I hate the sun" I yell shoving a pillow in my face hearing Damon chuckle and I could smell Kody's smelly cologne all over his pillows and sheets but it was a nice smell just way to strong.
I sit up yawning before getting up and trudging to the bathroom, I had a quick shower and put on some of Elena's clothes that she gave me which are jeans and a long sleeved shirt, I rolled up the sleeves and put my hair into a pony tail. I vamp sped down stairs to find everyone here again "why does the sun have to be so damn bright" I grumble collapsing in a chair.
"Because its the sun" Elena says amused "still, it hurts my eyes especially when I have a hangover" I grumble "you were drunk yesterday" Damon chuckles "yeah, I had some drinks with Kody before Klaus- you know" I said as my heart ached.
"Change of subject, where would Kody have went if Klaus compelled him to forget about you and leave" Damon asks frowning "he always loved going to small towns but he never really liked Mystic Falls much" I said rubbing my eyes trying to think "he only ever talks about you so I'm not sure" Elena smirks causing me to chuckle.
"Shut up, his probably in some crap hole" I said rolling my eyes making them chuckle except Caroline who was texting Tyler Lockwood no doubt about that "you probably know him better than I do" Damon smirks "probably" I shrug grinning widely.
"Is it true that you and him slept together" Elena smirks, I felt a pang in my chest thinking about Kody now that he doesn't even remember me "yes, I was drunk though" I chuckle making them smirk "you'd have done it anyway" Damon says "probably" I grin cheekily.
