Dakota Pov
I wake up hearing Kody's voice an another voice from down stairs, I got up and changed into jeans, a tank top & converses. I vamp sped down stairs to see Caroline kiss Kody, I felt my insides twist as my heart shattered, he wraps his arms around her as they kiss lustfully, I felt tears roll down my cheeks as I stood there frozen in heartache.
They pull away an hugged, Caroline saw me over his shoulder and smirked "hey Dakota" She says sweetly, I saw Kody tense before shoving her away and facing me "shit, I can explain" He says gulping as Caroline smiled smugly "why?" I ask shakily "Dakota, I'm so sorry, I didn't mean- I wasn't thinking, please forgive me" He begs teary eyed as he's face showed regret, shame and sadness.
"Forgive you?!, how do you expect me to forgive you after you kissed that slut, I hate you Kody Salvatore, I wish I never met you, I wish I never loved you and I hope you burn in hell because that's were guys like you belong" I yell angrily before vamp speeding outside and to my brothers house, Klaus drops his glass of bourbon when I ran into his arms, he hugs me tightly as I cry.
"What's wrong?" He asks rubbing my back soothingly "Caroline and Kody kissed, he cheated on me" I sob uncontrollably, Klaus growls just as Elijah walks in, I was transferred into Elijah's arms as Klaus left with a murderous look his face. Elijah whispered soothing words until I fell asleep in his arms....
I wake up an sigh, I sit up an saw Rebekah, she smiles as I run into her arms "is my sister going through a broken heart" She says softly as we pull away "why does it hurt so much?" I ask teary eyed "it'll stop eventually, come on, the best thing now is ice cream and alcohol" She says an leads me down stairs as I sniffle, she gently pushes me onto the couch and leaves.
She comes back with two tubs of ice cream and a bottle of vodka, I couldn't help but cry as I take the bottle an take a long drink, Rebekah puts on a movie as I shove spoonfuls of ice cream in my mouth, Klaus walks in with blood covering his hands "what'd you do" I ask sniffling "don't worry, he'll live, are you ok?" He asks crossing his arms "no, not really" I mutter bitterly.
He went to go wash his hands as Rebekah tries to comfort me, once Klaus walks back in, Rebekah left and Klaus stayed on cheer up duty "he's an asshole, you deserve so much better, ok" He soothed rubbing my back "you know, you can be nice when you want to be, some may not even believe me if I told them you have a soft side" I said softly, he chuckles "well you are my little sister" He says amused.
"Aww I feel so loved" I said making him roll his eyes "you should go get some sleep, you can use one of the spare rooms upstairs" He says kissing my head before I stand up and trudge up stairs to a spare room and fell to sleep exhausted...
