Inside Light City's central tower, a meeting was being held inside the hall of wisdom. The room is one big cirle. in the room's center, theres an unusually high round table and chair that is called the center table. around the center table is a ring of tables and chairs that surounds it and facing the center table.

Plenty of influential people attend here to discuss the future of light city, and one of it is the recent achievement of Torch.

"News of a fallen, defeated by a group that consist of only 4 people have scattered throughout the nations."

"To others, they just think of it as a record that the Light City hold. But the others who sits in a thrown, it is a display of power."

"It is a threat to them."

"Seeing their rivals achieving such fits is like a slap in the face. The other nations will not sit lightly on this subject."

"The swarm family, the brutos clan, and the frostbreaths are our neighboring countries. They are the most likely candidates to attack us first."

"I suggest we ready ourselves in the coming events that awaits our future. War is near by."

"Then we should attack first! While they are still in shock of our power!"

"No! That won't work. We should weather this out. Protect our walls. There is nothing they can do to us, and besides, our men are not plenty since the attack on the northern walls."

"If we do not attack now then we will lose this chance! It is time to spread the light!"

The commotion continues to fill the room. Everyone was so noisy its like listening to a swarm of bees.

But then everyone became quiet. Everyone on that room stopped what they were doing. Its because someone from the higher ups has entered the room. Everyone calmed down and went back to their seats, its like a scene in a school where a strict teacher entered his class full of rowdy students who instantaneously became behave at the sight of their teacher.

the higher up was heading to the center table,

As the higher up went to the center table she then made her speech.

"Good morning to you people. Todays meeting will be about Torch's contribution to light city. And i will be representing the higher ups for this meeting today, Angee Crows."

She is one of the higher ups of Light City. She wears a white robe and has white wings she has yellow hair and blue eyes. She is also a harpy, like maya but she is considered a high class. They are called celestian harpy. They are a very powerfull kind of harpy, for they could easily out match regular harpies in any way.

"Ahmm... as you all could see. My dear Maya and her team successfully vanquished a Fallen. They have shown the world how powerful our country is. This has been a great achievement. The future of our country is secured, for as our next generation has already surpassed our expectation. For this, i shall make Torch an official organization of Light City. Does everyone agree with me on this matter?"

"Madam angee, if I may. Everyone in Light City has now recognized the potentiality of Torch, and we are proud of that. But let me just add that our enemies have also recognized them and considered them a growing threat."

"Old man. What is your point on this?"

Angee's tone was clearly different than before.

"Wh-what i mean is my lady, is how do we handle the other countries response to this."

"Well, we give them what they want of course. If they want war, we give them war. If they want peace, give them one."

"Then you are willing to sacrifice this country for 1 organization That only consists of 4 people?"
