As the door swung open, Blythe saw Niall's gleaming face looking down at her.Seeing his happy attitude made Blythe the most jittery person on earth. Blythe hopped up from the pavement and into the car, quickly looking at her surroundings. Squished between the back of the driver's seat, and Niall's front legs, Blythe stood still while everyone said their round of greetings.
"Hello!" A chorus sang through, as well as many familiar smiles. Blythe scanned her eyes around the car, only to see a pair of gorgeous brown eyes staring back. Unfamiliar with the stunning girl sitting in the passenger's seat beside Louis (the driver), Blythe gave a friendly wave. Seeing as the girl had no makeup, and was dressed in sweats made Blythe a lot less self conscious about herself. Although from the beauty of this girl definitely brought a little insecurities.
"You must be Blythe! The lads told me all about you, I'm Eleanor." The girl said, giving a warm smile. Blythe nodded and replied with a smile of her own, yet nothing compared to Eleanor.
"I did expect you to look quite different." Eleanor stated as Blythe took a step in the aisle. When Blythe heard her comment, her smile quickly casted downwards, her face pointed to the floor. Beside her, Blythe heard Niall take a small gasp.
"Oh, oh no! Not like that! I just, never met you or saw you before. You do look a lot cuter and prettier than I imagined!" Eleanor exclaimed as she realized what she said. As she finished, Blythe processed her sentence in her mind and smiled. At least Eleanor saw good of her, even though she was in sweats and a jumper, with no makeup on.
"Of course she's cute, there couldn't be anyone more cuter than her." Harry stated as he mindlessly twirled a piece of Blythe's hair in his index finger. Blythe laughed and swatted his hand away, patting his head of curls before sitting herself down in the back seat. Making herself comfortable between both Liam and Zayn, Louis stepped on the gas pedal and the car began to move.
"You hear that Zayn?" Blythe mumbled, leaning a bit closer to Zayn. Zayn broke his gaze away from the small window beside him and looked straight ahead. Yet, Blythe knew that he was listening. "I'm cute and adorable." Blythe finished. Her thin eyebrows were raised in a superior manner towards Zayn. Zayn snorted at her statement and rolled his chocolate brown eyes playfully. Blythe knew that she annoyed Zayn greatly, which was very much amusing to her.
Quickly, Liam started up a small conversation with Blythe, taking her attention away from Zayn. Hearing them two talk about the importance of the weather made sure that Blythe wasn't paying attention anymore to Zayn.
"Why yes you are Blythe, yes you are." Zayn mumbled deeply, unaware that he was speaking himself. Realizing what he just said, he scowled at himself and shook his head. This wasn't like him, it wasn't like himself at all. As he continued to hear the sound of Blythe's voice blend in with Liam, Zayn gave himself a little smile. Again, realizing that he was smiling, he shortly convinced himself that he was in some sort of trance. Perhaps in a dream? He began to pinch himself unnoticeably on his forearm, yet nothing happened. No stars came above his head, no blackness overpowered him. Nothing. Zayn sighed. Yet, the smile kept its way on his face, not wanting to leave. He turned his face towards the window and looked out thoughtfully, waiting for their destination.

As Blythe rounded the car with Zayn and Liam, she looked overhead at the small, dingy, building. In neon green and blue colour, spelt the word 'Bowling'. Blythe had only been bowling once, and from what she could remember, she was quite well at it. The game was easy for her as she was small enough to swivel the ball down the lane, knocking out all the pins in one roll. A faint memory of her and her adoptive family played in her mind. There was little Blythe, dressed in a red Tommy Hilfiger t-shirt, paired with a pair of blue overalls, finished with her bright, pink light up shoes. She recalled herself running down the lane, with her older brother Kingsley running after her. A small smile played on her lips as she dazed on the spot, staring happily at the colourful sign.
