(Inspired by a comment by @FateGoddess though I'm honestly surprised I didn't think of this lol)

It was after Light and L had been released from the handcuffs but they were still seeing each other in secret. Light walked into the task force office one day to find an exasperated looking L having his hair done in pigtails by Misa.

"Liiiiiight! Look, I made L pretty!" Misa squealed as soon as she saw him.

Light choked back his laughter and also refrained from saying his first thought, that L was always pretty to him.

"Um yeah, that's great Misa." He said instead. "But can you just go now?"

"Whaaaaaaa?!" Misa shrieked dramatically.

Light rolled his eyes at L and turned to explain that they needed some privacy today but he'd see her later. She left unhappily, after kissing him on the cheek. Seeing Light's grimace at the action comforted L, but he decided to have some fun.

"You love being kissed by her." He complained, deadpan.

"I do not!" Light protested.

L pulled his own "sulky face."

"Ryuzaki, I don't, honestly, I only like being kissed by you." Light placed his hands on the other guy's shoulders while he pleaded with him. "Please believe me." He pleaded further, when L appeared not to budge.

"Fine. I'll forgive you if you do me a small favour..."

"Anything, just tell me..."

L gestured for him to come closer and whispered in his ear.

"Uh..."

"You said anything." L pouted and Light quickly nodded.

"Ok, ok." He sat down at his desk, terrified.

L grinned, knowing he'd just played the other guy, to get what something he wanted.
