  He took a sharp look at me and said "Because I know how to get rid of all the pain. I'm the true pain killer." I scoffed and rolled my eyes as I reposition myself in my seat. "Alright Dr. X, do your little magic tricks and fix me." I said. "You'll end up cutting your own fucking self for trying to fix something that is broken." I continued with a sigh.
     He moved his notes to the side and had a fiery stare, his ora was fuming with austere. "If that were true, I'd still be sitting in your seat, yes?" He pointed at me. "Aye this is your life, right? I'm sure you'd do whatever to ease the pain. You already have! Now if you seriously want some help, I'm your guy." He said as he placed his hand over his chest. "Listen Nona, between me and you. I live for everyone else. If I were all about myself, I wouldn't be here at this moment. Please do not shit on what I do for a living. I'm here for you! Remember that." He lastly stated.
     The room got a bit more warm as the session went on. "We have to figure out what your triggers are." He said while writing down on his pad. He then looked up and licked his lips before saying, "Each and every scar, including the fresh wounds mean something. As you dug deep into your flesh, I know there was plenty digging deep into your mind. What was so sharp enough to make you want to do that?" He asked. I shook my head in disbelief. How could he ask me that like a bold fucking prick? "Wow Dr., you sure do keep it professional." Sarcastically I said. He quickly apologized, "Forgive me for my choice of overbearing words. Would you care to give me some insight tho?" I looked into his eyes and man I saw shit that I never thought I'd see.
    I could tell he actually gave a damn. I have walls built up but that look of compassion torpedoed the hell out of them. I was so overwhelmed with comfort, I began bawling my eyes out. "It's okay to cry, let it out. We're on the right track." Dr. X calmly said while handing me tissues.
