She was beautiful, kind hearted, funny, and everything you could imagine. In all my 5,000 or so years, I have never met a girl so perfect. I decided to contact my parents that night, through a portal that the tablet could create. It was too small for me to fit through it, though.
"Hello mother and father." I looked in the portal and saw their smiling faces.
"Yes my son?" My father walked over.
"Well... um... you see, there's this girl..."I was cut off by Sir Lancelot
"AND YOU'VE FALLEN IN LOVE WITH HER, SHE IS YOUR GUINEVERE."
"Yes... that was... surprisingly accurate."
"Well go take her by the hand, and ask her to dance. The rays of moonlight, shall protect your lives. Wow, that was a weird rhyme."
"Yes, do that, and then remember our family tradition. The necklace?" My mother was practically jumping for joy.
My father scoffed. "About time you found yourself a goddess."
"Actually... she's mortal."
All three of them stopped and stared at me.
"Say what now?" My father looked at me.
"Well, she's mort-"
"I heard you the first time, boy. Look it's going to be difficult to sustain love, if she only lives for so short of time. You need to find the perfect girl. I wouldn't mind a Jew, I love Jews, they are such great people..." He trailed on.
Oh boy, here comes the whole commercial.
"Oh, uh, zzzzzzz, we're, zztzttzzzzz, breaking, zzzzttt, up, zzzztztzttz, the signal, zzztttztz, bye!" I flipped the panel back into place and the portal disappeared.
I sighed and grabbed the jew encrusted necklace, and headed for the front of the museum.
*Snow's POV*
I was chatting with Larry about his glow in the dark flashlight. Light what if it was inside a drawer, and you couldn't see the glow, when Ahk came up to me.
"Oh hello Ahk." I smiled warmly at him.
He got down on one knee, and held my hand on front of him.
"I didn't get a chance to ask you this properly earlier, but, will you be my princess? I promise I will never disrespect or dishonour you, I promise I will do all in my power to protect you." He looked up at me.
"Ahk... Yes, I um, agree to be your... uh, Princess." I stammered, It felt like he was proposing to me or something.
He looked so happy. He stood up and kissed me again. I felt like the butterflies in my stomach had spread to my head now. I could barely think straight.
He finally broke the kiss, so we could breathe.
I looked around us and saw everyone fangirling like crazy. Attila, who turns out was the viking guy's name, came up to me and started doing some kind of happy dance.
I looked back at Ahkmen, and saw him holding out his hand. "Will you dance with me?" He asked as a slow song came on. I nodded.
He was surprisingly graceful with all those heavy decorations on his clothing. I was dancing with an actual prince. A prince. An Egyptian prince.
