Fall in Love with Me (Baekhyun

Please don't hate me, I know it's been a while, but I really hope those of you who are still reading and keep up, enjoy this :) It's... partially based off of a recent event I had! (I didn't have an actual sleepover, that's just my imagination getting to the best of me) 

D-Day, the big day when you had to meet Baekhyun for your first impromptu date... and GOD were you nervous. You couldn't count the number of times you had considered cancelling just so you wouldn't have to face the stressful situation head-on. The minute you turned over on your bed you reached for your phone,

"Baekhyun-ah..... we don't have to have our date today if you don't want to.... I feel bad,"

"Y/N, what is this all of a sudden... don't be nervous, I know you. Stop overthinking, I'm heading over in 30 minutes go get ready."

Pulling yourself up from your bed you quickly got ready, slathering on a decent amount of makeup, pulling on your favorite pair of jeans and button-up you packed your bag and was out the door in 30 minutes. You knew you had nothing to worry about, you had talked to Baekhyun for hours on end everyday, but you were terrified that the banter and fun would end the minute you sat in front of each other and got to talking. Nervously walking up to the store that Baekhyun had chosen for the two of you as a meeting spot, you looked around carefully to see his brown hair and gummy smile. As you turned the corner you saw him, smiling down at his phone while listening to music. Lightly tapping him on the shoulder you smiled, before shyly waving your hand,

"uhm.. hi Baekhyun!" you nervously stood beside the table unsure of what to do with yourself.

"Ah! Y/N, you're here.. Hi, do you want to walk around some? I know it's raining but I'm not all too hungry first thing in the morning, it's a little... early for me."

"I know it is, why I'm surprised that you're even awake."

"I get up when I have a good reason," flashing a bright gummy smile at you, Baekhyun confidently took the lead as you started to walk around.

"Where... are we going exactly?"

"Well, I have to go to the bathroom REAL quick, I forgot in the rush to get here on time... Be right back."

Your eyes just so happened to catch a small little corner of the store filled with old books, dusty yellowed books, with magnificent covers and couldn't help but peer at the shelves filled to the brim with classics and old poetry. You hadn't even realized time was passing by when you looked up to see Baekhyun fondly smiling at you as you picked up another book to quench your curiosity.

"Oh gosh, I'm sorry.. I forgot.. lost track of time... let's go!" you grabbed his wrist lightly and pulled him away so he would stop looking at you, it was causing your heart to stutter in place and made it hard to concentrate on masking your feelings for him.

"It was cute, you looked so... content and happy looking at all those books," Baekhyun smiled down at you and your small hands wrapped around his wrist.
